Send us a textIn this episode we address how the podcast community has pivoted itself (Not for the good). Being an Indian podcaster, I struggle to get my message out there due to several reasons. Firstly the audience is small and young and its difficult to make them listen to you rather than tuning into larger known creators frequently. Hence, the growth is slow for emerging creators.People in the community have taken leverage on this shortcoming and trying to upscale their revenue by providing irresistible offers that will only rip you off. They approach with a good mindset only for you to discover their ulterior motive later on. This has left me broken. I have been approached by such people in these recent times and none of them care about you. They will show care, but only to promote themselves. The more you talk to them, the faster you realize. They take hold of your vulnerabilities and feed on that. Their offer will be structured very much on that aspect of your life making you look like a victim who is struggling for a release.Listen to the full episode to find out more about these insane scenarios.Let me know what you think.Write me on socials:Twitter handle: @pratyushkumarpkInstagram handle: @pratyushkumar_pkYouTube: Pk HubIf you are liking the show, please share it along!
