146. How I Took StagerBoss from $700K to $1.5M (By Doing Less, Not More)

2025 was the year I did the least - and earned the most. In 2024, StagerBoss generated around $700,000 in revenue. In 2025, we grew to $1.5 million in sales. And the growth didn't come from more hustle, more strategies, or working harder. It came from doing less - with more intention.
