Freedom from oppression, a political flashpoint, or a senseless invasion. Unfortunately, wars happen. They also happen in creative communication agencies and client meeting rooms. Whether it's internal or external, we have all been there or are right in the thick of it now. Fighting relentlessly for an idea that was formed in our heads or as a team. But why the battle? Is it the case of creativity vs commerce, a mismatch of vision, a narcissistic leader or just a bad briefing? Let’s dig into the battles that have been won and lost with creatives, business managers and clients. And like those wars that have passed, let’s look through the smouldering structures that are left behind in defeat or victory, and see if we can have a unified world where creativity can be expressed to its potential without any bloodshed. Or can it? "The Creative War Room" podcast will provide a platform for an open and honest conversation about the battles that happen within the corporate world of healthcare communications.
