Patricia Elias is a Lawyer in International Law, a Former UN Women Senior Advisor, a women’s Rights advocate, and a Senior Gender Expert advancing women’s participation, empowerment and leadership, the Women, Peace and Security agenda, and ending violence against women and girls through the rule of law. Former Chief of Global Diplomatic Campaign at Every Woman, representing the organization with World leaders, leading high-level advocacy negotiations to end violence against women and girls with State Leaders, governments, UN entities, and civil society-growing support from 4 to 18 countries, leading and expanding the global coalition to over 4000 NGOs and activists through 164 countries. She is a certified UN Women trainer, public speaker, and legal reform advocate. Recognized for strategic diplomacy, global advocacy campaigns, global movement-building, and cross-cultural leadership in women’s rights. She is a Human Rights activist who built an orphanage in Cameroon and worked with street children in Gabon. Awarded the French medal of Associative Commitment by the mayor of Paris and Ile de France.She is the G100 global Chair for Governments and Ministerial Advocacy.Patricia is the initiator of the Global Petition: No Peace Without Women.
