Becoming the Woman Everything Is Happening For: How to Enter Your Receiving Era

What if your next level isn't about working harder… but becoming more available to receive? I almost didn't go to Living Brave Live. I was tired. There were some really serious things happening behind the scenes with my family. Part of me wanted to stay home. Thank GOD I went. From the moment I left, it felt like one good thing after another started happening for me. A surprise first-class upgrade. A woman running up to me in a line of 1,100 women to tell me that she and her husband tapped with one of my podcast episodes — and made $30,000 in four days. Winning access to a mastermind I'd wanted to join all year. Unexpected conversations that completely changed how I'm thinking about wealth and my future. New speaking opportunities. 15 people inquiring about an offer within minutes of me posting it. Women I deeply admire wanting to be part of something I'm creating in 2027. And downloads about my future that literally had me crying on the plane home. But this episode isn't really about everything that happened at Living Brave Live. It's about the state I was in when it happened. One of my intentions this year was to become better at receiving, and I am starting to understand something: Abundance doesn't always come from working harder. Sometimes you've already done the work. Sometimes the next level is allowing yourself to receive what all of that work has been preparing you for. In this episode, I'm taking you behind the scenes of one of the most synchronistic few days I've experienced and sharing what it's teaching me about receiving, manifestation, faith, money, surrender and becoming the woman things happen FOR. We're also tapping together on releasing the belief that everything depends on you and activating a new identity: I am the woman everything is happening for. Inside this episode, we talk about: Why resistance can sometimes show up right before a major expansion What happened when a client cancellation challenged me to choose faith over scarcity The $30K tapping story that stopped me in my tracks How releasing shame can create space for greater freedom and receiving Why your security doesn't have to come from your business, clients or how hard you work Learning to see God as the source and people, opportunities and ideas as the channels The difference between forcing a manifestation and allowing yourself to be shown what's next Why it needs to feel safe to be seen, chosen, supported and paid The emotional full-circle moment that reminded me what 15 years of following this calling has created What I'm beginning to see for 2027 and why legacy, mothers and daughters are at the heart of it A full EFT tapping session to help you become the woman everything is happening for This episode is your reminder: It's safe for life to be this good. It's safe for people to find you. It's safe to be chosen. It's safe to be paid. It's safe to be supported. And it's safe for it to keep getting better. Ask yourself: If I truly believed I was the woman everything was happening for, what would I stop chasing today — and what would I allow in instead? Come Learn to Tap With Me — FREE If today's tapping shifted something for you, I don't want tapping to be something you only experience while listening to this podcast. She Made $30K After Tapping: A Neuroscience Student on the Female Brain & Abundance

What happens when a neuroscience student tries tapping… and $30,000 comes into her business four days later? 👀 I met today’s guest, Amber, at Powerhouse Women—and when I ran into her again at Living Brave Live in Denver, she stopped me in line and said: “My husband and I did the tapping on your podcast…and we brought in $30,000 in four days.” Obviously, I needed the whole story. So we left the event, went back to my hotel room, turned on the microphones and recorded what became one of my favorite conversations yet. Amber is an entrepreneur, wellness expert and neuroscience grad student who spent more than two decades working in television before following a calling into an entirely different chapter of her life. And this conversation goes SO much deeper than her $30K tapping story. We talk about the female brain, hormones, perimenopause, ADHD, neuroplasticity and emotional regulation —including why so many women reach a stage of life where they suddenly feel different in their bodies, their relationships, their businesses and even their identities. Amber shares what she’s learning about the relationship between hormones and the brain, why women need to advocate for themselves when they know something feels off, and what she believes women need to understand as they move through perimenopause and menopause. We also dive into the difference between the brain and the mind and the incredible concept of neuroplasticity: your brain can continue creating and strengthening new neural pathways throughout your life. And, of course, I couldn't help but connect this back to tapping. I share the analogy I was taught years ago: an old belief can feel like a highway in your brain, while a new belief begins as a dirt road. Every time we interrupt the old pattern and reinforce the new one, we're helping pave a different road. But some of my favorite moments in this episode have nothing to do with science. They're about becoming. Amber shares why she had to release the need to be the expert in everything and instead trust herself as the visionary. We talk about being called into work that doesn't necessarily make sense to everyone else, letting yourself pivot, releasing perfectionism, becoming more visible, and learning to receive the support required for your next level. And then Amber shares the belief she's currently working to release: “All abundance comes from hard work.” OOF. Her new mantra? Surrender to support. If you're a high-achieving woman who knows you're being called into something bigger—but part of you still believes you have to work harder, control everything or do it all yourself to get there—this conversation is for you. IN THIS EPISODE, WE TALK ABOUT: ✨ How Amber says tapping preceded $30,000 coming into her business in four days ✨ The female brain and what can change during perimenopause and menopause ✨ Hormones, emotions and why women can suddenly feel different in midlife ✨ ADHD and the female brain ✨ The difference between your brain and your mind ✨ Neuroplasticity and our ability to create new neural pathways ✨ Tapping and my “highway vs. dirt road” analogy for changing beliefs ✨ Navigating incredible growth and incredibly hard circumstances at the same time ✨ Why perfectionism can keep us from being fully visible ✨ Trusting a calling that doesn't make logical sense ✨ Pivoting careers and identities as a woman ✨ Why high-achieving women can struggle to receive help ✨ Releasing the belief that abundance requires hard work ✨ What it means to surrender to support ✨ Building a heart-led business where people feel safe, seen and loved ✨ Becoming the woman capable of holding the bigger vision This episode is such a beautiful reminder that you don't have to stay on the same path simply because it's familiar. Your brain can change. Your beliefs can change. Your identity can change. And the way you create success can change, too. Maybe your next level doesn't require you to work harder. Maybe it requires you to become more supported. CONNECT WITH AMBER Follow Amber at @sciencebasedceo and check out Reveal Med Spa for more of her work around women's wellness, longevity, hormones and brain health. And if you listen to this episode and have an aha moment, send it to a woman who needs to hear it—and go DM Amber and tell her what landed for you. The woman she's becoming? Wildly successful. And maybe you are, too. ✨

How EFT Tapping Helps You Heal What Other Modalities Couldn’t

In this episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , Jackie sits down with former Tapping School student and Advanced Tapping Practitioner Saskia to talk about the transformation that happened when, after years of healing work, she discovered a tool that helped her body finally hear: “You’re safe now.” When Saskia first found Jackie through the free Learn to Tap training, she was navigating a major transition in her life—including the end of a relationship that had lasted more than 30 years. She had already spent 15 years on a healing and spiritual journey and had explored other modalities, but tapping allowed her to access deeper layers of emotion and painful memories in a way she hadn't experienced before. As Saskia describes it, when the body begins to feel safe, it can finally allow you to go places it may not have felt safe enough to go before. In this conversation, Jackie and Saskia explore what happens when we stop simply understanding our patterns and begin creating safety in the body to actually release them. You'll hear about: Why feeling safe in your body can be a missing piece in deeper emotional healing Saskia's experience finding tapping during one of the biggest transitions of her life Why we can normalize fear, tension and hypervigilance without realizing we're carrying them How tapping helped Saskia move through an intense fear of speaking and being seen The power of Parts of Self work and understanding that one part of you can be afraid without all of you being afraid How Tapping School's buddy sessions create both hands-on practitioner experience and an unexpected personal healing journey Why old emotions and memories can surface when you're stepping into a new level The difference between intellectualizing healing and actually feeling safe enough to experience and release emotion How Saskia went from overthinking what she said to feeling free to simply be herself What it's like to work as an EFT practitioner and allow intuition and divine guidance to move through a session Why healers can sometimes find it easier to connect spiritually than to feel fully grounded in their bodies, relationships, health and money Saskia's advice for anyone considering learning EFT: listen to your heart, not your fears Today, Saskia describes her life as balanced, peaceful and free. She works with clients online and in person, spends time in nature, plays sports, travels and no longer feels the same internal pressure to achieve or prove herself. And that may be one of the greatest gifts of this work: Not becoming someone new. But feeling safe enough to fully be who you already are. Ready to experience tapping for yourself? Join Jackie for Learn to Tap , a FREE four-day tapping experience happening September 14–17 . A Therapists Take On Tapping: Does It Really Work?

A Therapist’s Take on EFT Tapping: Does It Really Work? with Kristine Edwards What does a licensed therapist really think about EFT tapping? In this episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , Jackie sits down with former Tapping School student and licensed mental health therapist Kristine Edwards to talk about how tapping went from something Kristine was skeptical about to becoming a cornerstone of both her personal practice and the work she does with clients. Kristine spent more than 20 years working in HR and corporate America before reaching a point where she knew something had to change. She was successful, capable, and accomplished—but exhausted from constantly holding everything together. Then tapping found its way back into her life. After joining Tapping School , Kristine began incorporating EFT tapping alongside her existing therapeutic and coaching tools. Today, she uses tapping with professional, high-achieving women to help them move from what she beautifully calls “bracing to breathing.” In this conversation, Jackie and Kristine explore why tapping can be such a powerful complement to traditional therapy and coaching, how practitioners can use it to support their own nervous systems, and why you don't have to abandon the modalities you already use to make tapping part of your work. In this episode, you'll hear: Kristine's journey from corporate HR executive to therapist, coach, and “wayfinder” for women Why she initially thought tapping looked strange—and what changed her mind A therapist's perspective on EFT tapping and why it can work so quickly How Kristine incorporates tapping alongside traditional therapy and coaching modalities The difference between clinical EFT and coaching-based tapping Why therapists, counselors, coaches, and healers may benefit from learning tapping What compassion fatigue can look and feel like for helping professionals How tapping can help practitioners regulate themselves instead of carrying their clients' emotions home Why Kristine uses tapping almost every morning How tapping can support burnout, anxiety, limiting beliefs, confidence, and emotional regulation How to integrate tapping into an existing therapy, coaching, wellness, or healing practice Why you don't need to know everything before you begin Kristine shares one of my favorite reminders from this conversation: “Imperfect practice is better than no practice.” Tapping doesn't have to replace what you're already doing. It can become another tool in your toolbox—a practice you reach for before a client session, after a difficult conversation, when you're feeling overwhelmed, or when you simply need to come back to yourself. As Kristine says, “It fits everywhere.” Ready to experience tapping for yourself? Join Jackie for the FREE 4-Day Learn to Tap Training, September 14–17. The Power of Tapping: She Was in Pain for 25 Years...Then Everything Changed

What if learning one simple tool could change not only your life… but your child’s life, your career, your confidence, and the generations that come after you? In today’s episode of the Wildly Wealthy Woman Podcast , I’m sitting down with one of our longtime Tapping School practitioners, Shannon Winchester , to share what has happened in the six years since she first found tapping. When Shannon discovered this work, she was navigating a separation, financial uncertainty, motherhood, chronic hypervigilance and more than 25 years of chronic back pain . Then one morning, after doing tapping around her pain and unprocessed grief, she woke up completely pain-free. And that was only the beginning. In this conversation, Shannon shares how tapping helped her go from being terrified of public speaking—literally shaking and feeling sick at the thought of it—to leading workshops, appearing on podcasts, working with nonprofits and doing lunch-and-learns with doctors and surgeons. We also talk about the ripple effect this work has had on her son, her family, her finances, and the people she now gets to help. In this episode, we talk about: ✨ Shannon’s journey from chronic fight-or-flight to feeling safe in her body ✨ The incredible story of waking up pain-free after more than 25 years of chronic pain ✨ How tapping helped her process grief she had carried since the 1990s ✨ Going from an intense fear of public speaking to leading workshops and speaking in front of rooms ✨ How she used tapping with her son for fears, sleep, separation anxiety and stressful situations ✨ Why learning tapping can create a ripple effect through an entire family ✨ How Shannon turned tapping into a career when she wasn’t sure how she was going to financially support herself ✨ Why learning the business of tapping is just as important as learning the technique if you want to turn this work into a career ✨ The six-month vision Shannon wrote in Tapping School—and how almost all of it eventually came true One of my favorite reminders from this conversation is this: Once you learn how to tap, you have a tool for life. You can use it in moments of fear, overwhelm, expansion, uncertainty, pain, parenting, business, money, relationships and so much more. And when you teach it to someone else, you have no idea how far that ripple might travel. This is why I do this work. This is why Tapping School exists. And this is why I want to get tapping into the hands, hearts and homes of people all over the world. Ready to experience tapping for yourself? Don’t Keep It In: EFT Tapping for Grief, Visibility and Speaking Your Truth

Life is too precious to keep your truth, your love, your gifts or your work hidden. Jackie is recording this deeply personal episode from Vancouver Island after gathering with her family to lay her grandmother to rest. Just two days later—on what would have been her grandmother’s 97th birthday weekend—her cousin welcomed a beautiful new baby into the family. Witnessing loss and new life so close together has reminded Jackie that time is not guaranteed, family matters and possibility and legacy continue. In this episode, Jackie reflects on the importance of speaking your truth rather than carrying unexpressed grief, anger, fear or love alone. She explains how EFT tapping can give us a safe place to acknowledge what we feel, process emotionally intense experiences and prepare ourselves to express what needs to be said with love and integrity. But this conversation isn’t only about family. How many of us are also keeping our ideas, gifts, stories and offers hidden? Someone may desperately need the medicine you carry—but they cannot receive it if they cannot find you. Jackie explores why visibility is more than a marketing strategy: it is an act of service. Posting allows people to understand how you can help them. Selling gives them an invitation to receive that help. Being paid allows you to sustain and expand the work you are here to do. Jackie then guides you through a visualization and EFT tapping sequence to release the fears associated with being seen, selling and receiving—and to become available for greater visibility, impact and expansion. Inside this episode: What grief and new life can teach us about family, legacy and possibility Why it is important to speak your truth instead of keeping everything inside How tapping can support you through grief, anger, fear and difficult conversations The difference between expressing your truth and reacting impulsively Why tapping doesn’t erase what happened—but can help you move through it How hiding your work prevents the right people from finding you Why visibility and selling can be acts of service Common fears that appear when you imagine greater success A visualization for expanding your audience and attracting aligned buyers A guided tapping sequence for feeling safer being seen, sharing your gifts and selling your work Affirmations from this episode: “I attract buyers daily.” “It is easy for people to find me.” “It is easy for people to fall in love with my work.” “It is easy for them to buy.” “The right people recognize themselves in my message.” “They are ready for the transformation I provide.” “I am available for greater visibility, deeper impact and continued expansion.” “It is safe to let my truth, my gifts and my work be seen.” There are people who need the medicine you carry—but first, you have to feel safe enough to let it be seen. How to Receive More Without Waiting for the Other Shoe to Drop

What happens when life is expanding in incredible ways—and then difficult news brings everything to a sudden stop? After returning home from the Powerhouse Women event, Jackie was experiencing one good thing after another: new clients, a $20,000 sales week, exciting interviews, upcoming events and an unexpected invitation to attend Shoshanna Raven’s Living Brave Live in Denver. Her heart was wide open. Her business was growing. The momentum was undeniable. Then Jackie received frightening news about someone she loves, and everything changed in a moment. In this deeply personal episode, Jackie explores how to hold grief and gratitude, fear and faith, heartbreak and expansion at the same time. She shares why an identity upgrade isn’t about pretending difficult things don’t hurt—it’s about allowing yourself to feel what is true without deciding that the good has stopped. Because one hard thing does not cancel every good thing that happened before it—or every good thing still making its way to you. Jackie also shares how she used EFT tapping to move through grief, remain open to receiving and generate $20,000 in sales after setting the intention to create an additional $10,000–$12,000 for her trip. You’ll learn how to recognize your financial glass ceiling, challenge the belief that one big sale was a fluke and expand your capacity to believe that even more support, money and opportunity can follow. Inside this episode: Why “everything is the upgrade”—including the moments you never would have chosen How to feel grief without becoming consumed by it The difference between processing emotions and spiritually bypassing them How tapping helps you move through hard seasons without abandoning yourself Jackie’s unexpected invitation to Living Brave Live How she tapped toward a financial goal and generated $20,000 in sales Why receiving more can activate fear, doubt and “waiting for the other shoe to drop” How to expand your capacity for more money, visibility and opportunity Five questions to help you identify and tap through your current blocks A guided EFT tapping sequence for remaining open to faith, support and good things Borrow this affirmation: “One good thing after another keeps happening for me. One big opportunity after another keeps being presented to me. One big sale after another keeps coming in. I have the support and resources I need to sustain the growth and expansion happening in my life now.” One hard thing does not mean the good has stopped. You can grieve and still receive. You can feel afraid and still have faith. You can support the people you love without abandoning yourself or the work you’re here to do. Ready to learn how to use tapping for yourself? Join Jackie for Learn to Tap, a completely free four-day experience happening September 14th–17th. Powerhouse Women: Divine Connections, Bigger Visibility & True Wealth

What if the life you’ve been tapping toward is already beginning to unfold around you? I just returned from the Powerhouse Women event in Arizona, and I’m bringing you behind the scenes of one of the most expansive, emotional, and manifestation-filled weekends of my life. One year ago, Veena Jetti didn’t know I existed. This year, she invited me onto her show, joined me for an intimate live podcast event, shared my work from the Powerhouse Women stage, and asked me to create an event with her. But the most meaningful manifestation of the weekend wasn’t a business opportunity, a powerful connection, or being recognized in the room. It was driving through Arizona with my daughter on the eve of her 15th birthday—singing Britney Spears at the top of our lungs—and remembering the frightened 18-year-old version of me who once thought she might lose her. In this episode, I’m sharing how tapping has helped me move through self-doubt, release my attachment to how opportunities are supposed to happen, trust my intuition, make more audacious asks, and become the woman capable of holding the life I once prayed for. Because becoming a Wildly Wealthy Woman isn’t only about how much money you make. It’s about the relationships you build, the women you elevate, the legacy you leave, and the emotional freedom you experience along the way. In this episode, you’ll hear: How I manifested a relationship and collaboration with Veena Jetti Why regulating your nervous system helps you hear and trust your intuition The difference between forcing an opportunity and recognizing divine timing Why you need to make more audacious asks and let people know how you can help What being in the “green room” of your life and business can feel like How I moved through the trigger of wanting to be recognized on a bigger stage Why you don’t have to wait for someone to choose you—you can create your own stage The power of releasing attachment while remaining devoted to your vision What Veena taught me about saying women’s names in powerful rooms Why true wealth is found in legacy, relationships, impact, and the women beside you The content lessons I learned from Jen Gottlieb, Natalie Ellis, and other incredible speakers The full-circle moment with my daughter that became the greatest manifestation of the weekend One of my biggest reminders from this experience is that you can tap through every belief standing between you and your dreams—and tap into the identity of the woman who is ready to live them. Your emotional freedom is the foundation for every other kind of freedom. If you’re ready to experience tapping for yourself, join me for my free Learn to Tap training this September. Together, we’re getting tapping into the hands, hearts, and homes of women and children around the world. Join the LEARN TO TAP FREE TRAINING WILDLY WEALTHY WOMAN TAPPING MEDITATION If this episode moved you, share it with a woman who is ready to make the audacious ask, create her own stage, and become the woman she has always known she is meant to be. How I Turned a Prayer Into a Million-Dollar Business: 4 Things That Actually Got Me Here

Your Message Is Medicine: Why You Keep Hiding (And How to Find Your Voice Again)

What if the reason you're not showing up isn't because you don't know what to say… but because some part of you still doesn't feel safe being seen? This week inside my Show Up & Shine Challenge, I asked the women: If I handed you a microphone right now and told you your message was about to reach millions of people… how would your BODY feel? Not your mind. Your body. For so many women, the immediate response was contraction. Tightness. Fear. Wanting to hide. And yet, these are the same women who know they're here to make a bigger impact. In this episode, we're talking about what happens when your heart desires visibility, but your nervous system is still trying to protect you from it—and how tapping can help you become the woman who feels safe enough to be fully seen, heard and expressed. You'll hear me talk about: ✨ Why your nervous system can resist the very thing you consciously desire ✨ The younger parts of you that learned being seen, heard or fully expressed wasn't safe ✨ Why those parts aren't broken—they adapted to protect you ✨ How to stop letting your younger self run your business ✨ Meeting the version of you who already knows what she has to say ✨ Why confidence may not mean becoming louder, bigger or more polished—but becoming more fully yourself ✨ The question that can shift everything: What becomes possible on the other side of showing up? ✨ Why visibility isn't really about followers, likes or becoming an influencer— visibility creates opportunity ✨ Why the client who needs you can't buy from you if they don't know you exist ✨ How sharing your story could impact someone's choices—or even change their life ✨ Why this isn't ultimately a posting problem. It's an identity shift. Because I believe: Your message isn't the medicine. YOU are the medicine. Your message is simply how your medicine reaches the people who need it. ☀️ Ready to stop hiding and start shining? We're beginning Show Up & Shine: 30 Days of Tapping, Visibility & Identity inside the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience. For the next 30 days, we're not just going to talk about visibility—we're going to practice it. We'll tap through what comes up when you're seen, work on your message and offers, play Visibility Bingo, practice getting on camera, share what you believe, tell your stories, SELL, and become the woman who can make an offer without apologizing, let someone misunderstand her without disappearing, and trust the value of what she carries. JOIN SHOW UP & SHINE + THE WILDLY WEALTHY WOMAN EXPERIENCE → There is a part of you that has something to say.
