Your Message Is Medicine: Why You Keep Hiding (And How to Find Your Voice Again)
What if the reason you're not showing up isn't because you don't know what to say… but because some part of you still doesn't feel safe being seen? This week inside my Show Up & Shine Challenge, I asked the women: If I handed you a microphone right now and told you your message was about to reach millions of people… how would your BODY feel? Not your mind. Your body. For so many women, the immediate response was contraction. Tightness. Fear. Wanting to hide. And yet, these are the same women who know they're here to make a bigger impact. In this episode, we're talking about what happens when your heart desires visibility, but your nervous system is still trying to protect you from it—and how tapping can help you become the woman who feels safe enough to be fully seen, heard and expressed. You'll hear me talk about: ✨ Why your nervous system can resist the very thing you consciously desire ✨ The younger parts of you that learned being seen, heard or fully expressed wasn't safe ✨ Why those parts aren't broken—they adapted to protect you ✨ How to stop letting your younger self run your business ✨ Meeting the version of you who already knows what she has to say ✨ Why confidence may not mean becoming louder, bigger or more polished—but becoming more fully yourself ✨ The question that can shift everything: What becomes possible on the other side of showing up? ✨ Why visibility isn't really about followers, likes or becoming an influencer— visibility creates opportunity ✨ Why the client who needs you can't buy from you if they don't know you exist ✨ How sharing your story could impact someone's choices—or even change their life ✨ Why this isn't ultimately a posting problem. It's an identity shift. Because I believe: Your message isn't the medicine. YOU are the medicine. Your message is simply how your medicine reaches the people who need it. ☀️ Ready to stop hiding and start shining? We're beginning Show Up & Shine: 30 Days of Tapping, Visibility & Identity inside the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience. For the next 30 days, we're not just going to talk about visibility—we're going to practice it. We'll tap through what comes up when you're seen, work on your message and offers, play Visibility Bingo, practice getting on camera, share what you believe, tell your stories, SELL, and become the woman who can make an offer without apologizing, let someone misunderstand her without disappearing, and trust the value of what she carries. When Your Light Triggers Other People (Why You Must Shine Anyway)
When Your Light Triggers Other People (Why You Must Shine Anyway) Have you ever wanted to post something online... and then stopped because you were worried about what someone might think? Maybe you've been told to tone it down. To stop sharing. To be quieter. To be "less." In today's episode, I'm sharing why one of the greatest acts of healing isn't becoming louder—it's becoming freer. I'm opening up about a relationship that taught me one of the biggest lessons of my life: your job is not to make other people comfortable by becoming smaller. Your job is to shine. I also share why visibility has been one of the most healing experiences of my life, how posting online helped me regulate my nervous system, and why people pleasing often keeps everyone stuck. If you've ever felt like you've edited yourself, filtered your truth, or abandoned parts of who you are to protect someone else's comfort, this conversation is for you. Inside this episode: Why your light can trigger other people's insecurities The difference between loving feedback and someone asking you to become smaller How people pleasing quietly keeps everyone stuck Why visibility is about healing—not just marketing The identity shift behind becoming a woman who gets paid to show up How to stop abandoning yourself and start trusting your voice Why fully expressed women become radiant women Powerful reminders from today's episode: Every time I show up, I get paid. Your light is not the problem—it may be the invitation. Visibility teaches your nervous system that it's safe to be fully yourself. You are responsible for shining your light—not managing other people's triggers. A fully expressed woman is a radiant woman. Ready to stop hiding? If this episode resonated with you, come join us inside the Show Up & Shine Tapping & Visibility Challenge. Together we're tapping through the fears that keep women invisible so you can: Show up with confidence Share your message unapologetically Build the business you're meant to build Get paid for being fully yourself Because the world doesn't need a quieter version of you. It needs the real you. If this episode encouraged you, I'd love for you to leave a review, share it with a friend, or post it on social media and tag me. Every share helps this message reach another woman who's ready to stop playing small and start shining. FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM FOLLOW ME ON TIKTOK FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE

Show Up & Shine: The Woman You're Becoming Is Waiting on the Other Side of Visibility
What if the thing keeping you from your next level isn't a lack of strategy—but a lack of safety in being seen? After hosting an intimate tapping circle on Vancouver Island and leading our Wildly Wealthy Woman community, I realized women everywhere are carrying the same invisible weight. We aren't struggling because we don't know enough. We're struggling because we've learned to play small, wait for permission, and hide the very gifts that could change someone's life. In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to become visible—not just on social media, but in your life, your business, and your calling. If you've been waiting until you're more confident, more polished, or more "ready," this episode is your invitation to stop waiting and start shining. In this episode, you'll discover: ✨ The surprising theme that emerged from both my in-person tapping circle and the Wildly Wealthy Woman community ✨ Why visibility isn't a marketing problem—it's an identity and nervous system pattern ✨ The five lies that keep women playing small: Fear of being judged Believing you're not polished enough Thinking you don't know what to say Waiting for life to calm down Worrying you'll seem salesy or desperate ✨ How to stop waiting for permission and start trusting your voice ✨ Why your stories are often more powerful than your expertise ✨ The mindset shift that changed the way I think about selling forever ✨ The affirmations we created together to help women become more magnetic, visible, and abundant Some of my favorite reminders from this episode: "Presence is more powerful than polish." "The world doesn't need another woman waiting until she feels ready." "Every time I'm visible, a new opportunity comes my way." "I make money by being myself." "The woman you're becoming is waiting on the other side of visibility." Your invitation If this episode stirred something inside of you, I'd love for you to join me inside the Show Up & Get Paid: 5-Day Tapping & Visibility Challenge . Together, we'll spend five days clearing the fears, perfectionism, and self-doubt that have been keeping you invisible while taking one simple visibility action each day. 📅 August 3–7 Early Bird pricing is $33 USD before increasing to $55 USD https://jackie-mcdonald.mykajabi.com/offers/wi5UmrMr Because your voice matters. Grief, Growth & Choosing to Show Up Anyway
Grief, Growth & Choosing to Show Up Anyway Today is one of the most personal episodes I've ever recorded. I'm recording this on the day my grandmother passed away at 96 years old. Within hours of saying goodbye to one of the most important women in my life, I experienced unexpected opportunities in my business, shifting relationships, and a profound reminder that life is almost never just one thing. It's joy and grief. Heartbreak and hope. Endings and beginnings. All happening at the same time. In this episode, I take you behind the scenes of the past two weeks—from reconnecting with my family on Vancouver Island, to the story behind a photo of my grandma, my daughter, and me that changed the way I see my own life. I share the moment I knew I was leaving Mirra's dad, the gift my grandma gave me that helped build my business, and the realization that I'm no longer becoming the Wildly Wealthy Woman... I finally feel like I am her. If you've been waiting for life to settle down before sharing your gifts, starting your business, or showing up more fully, I hope this conversation reminds you that you don't have to wait. Sometimes showing up is part of the healing. In this episode, we explore: Why life is almost never "one thing" and how to hold grief and gratitude at the same time. The story behind the 2018 photo of my grandma, Mirra, and me—and why it means so much today. The moment I knew it was time to leave my eight-year relationship and choose a different future. What my grandmother taught me about resilience, leadership, and leaving a legacy. The $1,000 gift that changed the course of my life and business forever. Why belief is one of the greatest gifts we can give another person. How supporting my own family through tapping became a 15-year dream fulfilled. The identity shift from "becoming" the Wildly Wealthy Woman to realizing I already am her. Why so many women are still hiding online and how visibility can become part of your healing journey. An invitation to stop waiting for the perfect moment and start showing up anyway. A few of my favorite reminders from this episode: "Life is almost never one thing." "She believed in me before there was evidence." "Leadership isn't something you wait to feel ready for. One day you simply realize you're already carrying it." "The world doesn't need another perfect woman. It needs more real women." "Maybe all God has ever asked of us is one courageous decision at a time." Ready to stop hiding? If this episode spoke to you, I'd love to invite you into my Show Up & Shine Visibility Challenge . Together we'll tap through the fears, stories, and limiting beliefs that have kept you playing small, reconnect with your voice, and help you become the woman who knows her message matters. Because I truly believe your story is someone else's medicine. If this episode encouraged you, would you take a minute to share it with a woman who needs to hear it? Your recommendation could be the very thing that reminds someone they're not alone. The Difference Between Manifesting & Co-Creating with God
The Difference Between Manifesting & Co-Creating with God | A New Moon Reflection What if manifestation isn't about making life happen... What if it's about becoming available for what God wants to create through you? For years, I taught manifestation through vision boards, affirmations, tapping, future memories, and speaking life over your dreams—and I still believe in every one of those practices. But lately, something has shifted. Instead of asking, "How do I get what I want?" I've started asking, "God, what do You want to create through me?" That one question has changed everything. In today's episode, I share the mindset shifts, prayer practices, and simple actions that have completely transformed the way I'm creating this next chapter of my life. From dream clients and speaking opportunities to new events, meaningful relationships, and unexpected miracles, I've been reminded that when we partner with God instead of trying to force our own plan, doors begin to open in ways we never could have orchestrated ourselves. As we enter this New Moon, I invite you to pause, listen, and ask a different question. Not... "What do I want?" But... "What wants to be created through me?" In this episode, we explore: ✨ The difference between manifestation and co-creating with God ✨ Why I've stopped gripping my goals so tightly ✨ The five practices helping me elevate this season ✨ How tapping, prayer, and journaling help you hear God's direction ✨ Why asking better questions changes everything ✨ How to move from fear into possibility ✨ The power of taking the next obvious step ✨ Trusting that provision always arrives on time ✨ Becoming available for the life God wants to create through you The 5 Things I'm Doing to Elevate Right Now Ask better questions. Instead of asking "How?", ask "What wants to be created through me?" Speak from faith, not fear. Replace "What if it doesn't work?" with "What if this becomes even better than I imagined?" Take the next obvious step. You don't need the whole plan. You only need today's assignment. Trust provision. The right people, opportunities, resources, and finances arrive when they're needed. Become available. Sometimes the greatest shift isn't doing more—it's becoming more open to God's direction. Journal Prompt for the New Moon Close your eyes. Place your hand on your heart. Take a deep breath. Then ask yourself: What wants to be created through me? Listen. Write. Tap. Pray. And trust whatever begins to unfold. If this episode encouraged you, send it to a friend who's stepping into a new season or share it on Instagram and tag me. I absolutely love seeing what you're creating and hearing what God is stirring in your heart. And if you're ready to go deeper into this work, the Elevation Mastermind begins this week. When you join the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience , you'll receive the entire mastermind as my gift—a six-week journey of tapping, prayer, faith, and becoming the woman you're being called to be. I can't wait to create alongside you. 🤍

7 Signs You're in a Season of Elevation
7 Signs You're in a Season of Elevation Have you ever felt like you're doing everything "right," but you're still waiting? Maybe your business has slowed down. Maybe relationships are shifting. Maybe you're letting go of people, habits, or old versions of yourself. Or maybe you just know—deep in your soul—that God is preparing you for something greater... but you can't quite see it yet. If that's you, this episode is for you. Today I'm sharing one of the most powerful messages I've heard this year from Joyce Meyer on why God is much more interested in changing you than simply giving you what you want. Because here's what I've been learning: Preparation isn't punishment. It's purpose. It's the season where God develops your character before He expands your influence, prepares the vessel before He pours out the blessing, and teaches you to trust Him while you're waiting. I'll also share the signs I'm seeing over and over again in my own life, with my one-on-one clients, and inside the Wildly Wealthy Woman community that tell me someone is in a true season of elevation. In this episode, we talk about: ✨ The 7 signs God may be preparing you for more ✨ Why waiting doesn't mean God has forgotten you ✨ The surprising way elevation shows up before the breakthrough ✨ How tapping helps you stay aligned instead of slipping back into old patterns ✨ Why your body often tells you when it's time to grow ✨ The lesson Joyce Meyer shared that completely shifted my perspective on God's timing ✨ Why Jesus spent years preparing before stepping into His public ministry—and what that means for your own journey The 7 Signs You're in a Season of Elevation You're no longer willing to tolerate what drains your energy. Your relationship with God, faith, or your spiritual life is becoming deeper. You're trusting your intuition more than outside opinions. You're choosing faith over fear, even when the future feels uncertain. You're releasing people, habits, or environments that no longer fit who you're becoming. God is developing your character before expanding your influence. You're learning that the waiting season is preparing you, not holding you back. My Favorite Reminder from This Week "God is much more interested in changing us than giving us what we want." That sentence stopped me in my tracks. Because when I look back over the last few months, I can see that God hasn't just been preparing opportunities... He's been preparing me. Teaching me to trust. Teaching me to surrender. Teaching me to receive. Teaching me to stay steady when I don't know what's coming next. And maybe that's what He's doing in your life too. Journal Prompt If you're in your own season of elevation, spend a few minutes journaling on this question: What is God forming in me while I wait? Sometimes the greatest miracle isn't that your circumstances change overnight. Sometimes the miracle is that you do. ✨ If this episode resonated with you, I'd love to hear which of the seven signs spoke to you most. Send me a message on Instagram or share this episode with a friend who's walking through a season of waiting, growth, or becoming. And if you're ready to go deeper, I'd love to welcome you into the Wildly Wealthy Woman Experience and the Elevation Mastermind , where we combine tapping, prayer, community, and weekly coaching to help you become the woman God is preparing you to be. Receiving Love: The Spiritual Experience That Changed My Heart Forever
Receiving Love: The Spiritual Experience That Changed My Heart What if the prayer you've been asking God to answer... is already being answered, just not in the way you expected? This is one of the most personal episodes I've ever recorded. A few weeks ago, I was invited to my very first First Nations ceremony. I went with an open heart, a lot of curiosity, and honestly... a lot of nerves. I thought I was going to support someone else. I thought I was there to pray for the men and to deepen my connection to my Indigenous roots. What I didn't expect was that I would leave with one of the most profound experiences of my life. This episode isn't really about the ceremony. It's about learning to receive. It's about what happens when you've spent your whole life being the strong one, the helper, the healer, the woman who holds everyone else—and then God creates a moment where all you can do is receive love. I'll share the signs that guided me there, the unexpected healing that took place, the powerful lessons I walked away with, and why I believe this experience changed my heart forever. If you've been praying for clarity, healing, or wondering if God is leading you somewhere you don't yet understand, I hope this conversation reminds you that He is always working behind the scenes—even when you can't yet see the full picture. In this episode, we talk about: Following the signs and trusting God's guidance My first experience attending a First Nations ceremony What it means to truly receive love instead of always giving it Healing father wounds and opening your heart Why resistance doesn't always mean you're on the wrong path The unexpected peace I experienced during the ceremony Trusting God's plan over your own The three biggest lessons I'm taking with me from this experience My biggest takeaways: ✨ Pray for what God wants for your life, not just what you want. ✨ Pray for the vessel that can hold the blessings you're asking for. ✨ Elevation happens in segments. Stay regulated. Stay patient. Trust the waiting. One of the greatest realizations I had was this: I thought I went there to heal... but instead, I was the one being healed. Maybe that's what healing really is. Not becoming someone different. But finally believing you were worthy of receiving love all along. If this episode touched your heart, I'd love to hear from you. Send me a message on Instagram or share this episode with someone who's walking through their own season of healing, faith, or becoming. And if you're feeling called into a deeper relationship with God while creating a rich, purposeful, and joy-filled life, I'd love to invite you into my new Elevation Mastermind: https://jackie-mcdonald.mykajabi.com/offers/QUo2VadP/checkout . It's a six-week journey where we'll combine tapping, prayer, faith, and personal growth as we learn to trust God's plan and become the women we're being called to be. Thank you for being here. Thank you for listening. And thank you for allowing me to share this part of my journey with you. 🤍

Everything Is Elevating: Affirmations for a Season of Growth, Faith & Your Next Level
Have you ever felt like your life is changing... but not in the way you expected? Maybe you're waiting. Maybe you're being asked to let go. Maybe your plans have changed completely. Or maybe you can just feel that you're becoming someone new. This week, I sat down with my journal and wrote one sentence: I am in a season of elevation. As I kept writing, I realized something. Elevation isn't just about making more money, finding the relationship, landing the opportunity, or checking off the next goal. It's about who God is asking us to become before those things arrive. In today's episode, I'm sharing the biggest lessons I've learned during this season, the affirmations I'm speaking over my own life, and the scriptures that have been carrying me through uncertainty, surrender, waiting, and becoming. If you're in a season where you know something bigger is unfolding—even if you can't quite see it yet—this episode is for you. Inside this episode: ✨ What it actually feels like to be in a season of elevation ✨ Why God often changes your mind/heart before He changes your circumstances ✨ The surprising lesson I learned after meeting someone who completely changed what I believed was possible ✨ Why waiting isn't a setback—it's preparation ✨ The affirmation that has brought me more peace than anything else: "What God wants for my life is what I want for my life." ✨ The scriptures I've been leaning on every single day ✨ The affirmations I'm speaking over this next chapter of my life Scriptures Mentioned Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding..." Isaiah 30:21 "Whether you turn to the right or to the left... This is the way; walk in it." Matthew 7:16 "By their fruits you will recognize them." Blindfolded & Blessed: You don't have to know where you're going to trust where you're being led.
Have you ever felt like God was leading you somewhere beautiful, but refused to hand you the map? In this deeply personal episode, Jackie shares what she's learning in a season that feels both blindfolded and blessed—a season of trusting without knowing, receiving without controlling, and discovering that fulfillment isn't found in what's coming next, but in fully loving the life you have today. Reflecting on where she was exactly one year ago—heartbroken, grieving, and unsure of what was ahead—Jackie shares the powerful lessons that have emerged through surrender, faith, and allowing life to unfold in ways she never could have planned. If you've been feeling uncertain about your next step, questioning whether you're making the right decisions, or wondering what God is doing behind the scenes, this episode is a reminder that you don't have to see the entire path to trust where you're being led. Sometimes faith looks like taking the next step without knowing where the staircase ends. Sometimes the release isn't the end of the story—it's the beginning of something greater. And sometimes the greatest miracle is realizing that your life is already beautiful before it becomes everything you've dreamed of. In This Episode You'll Learn: Why the release is never the whole story How to trust God when you can't see what's next The truth about making the "wrong" decision Why fulfillment comes before desire How appreciation opens the door to receiving more The difference between trusting the outcome and trusting God Why you can deeply love your life while still wanting more What it means to walk by faith instead of sight How seasons of uncertainty often become seasons of transformation Why you don't have to know where you're going to trust where you're being led Key Takeaways ✨ Release is often preparation. ✨ You can't get it wrong when you're listening, trusting, and taking the next step. ✨ God is bigger than your mistakes. ✨ Fulfillment attracts what desperation cannot. ✨ There is good for you here and there is good for you ahead. ✨ The path doesn't need to be clear for the next step to be obvious. ✨ Trust isn't knowing how—it's knowing Who. Journal Question If nothing changed in the next six months, what in your life could you appreciate more deeply today? Affirmations From This Episode I trust where God is leading me, even when I cannot see the full path. What is meant for me will be placed in my path at the perfect time. Good is always on the way. I am open to receiving what is here and what is coming. I cannot get it wrong when I am listening, trusting, and taking the next step. God has good things for me here and good things for me ahead. I choose to love this season of my life fully. I trust the timing of my life. I am guided, protected, and supported every step of the way. Mentioned In This Episode The power of release and receiving David Ghiyam's teaching on fulfillment before desire Trusting divine timing Walking by faith instead of sight The 21 Days of Tapping, Prayer & Affirmations The Faith & Freedom Mastermind Connect With Jackie If this episode spoke to your heart, send it to a friend who needs the reminder that they don't have to have it all figured out. You don't need the entire plan. You don't need all the answers. You don't need to know exactly where you're going. You only need the courage to take the next step. Because sometimes the most beautiful seasons of your life begin when you're willing to walk forward blindfolded—and discover you've been blessed all along. 💛 FOLLOW ME ON INSTAGRAM FOLLOW ME ON TIKTOK FOLLOW ME ON YOUTUBE
