This is Welcome to Self® Unmasked where we have compassionate conversations for neurodivergent minds whether you’re autistic have ADHD identify as or AuDHD or you’re simply curious about what neurodivergent well being actually looks like this is a space built for you I’m Dr Hayley D. Quinn, author, speaker coach and a proud late identified AuDHDer with a background as a former PhD qualified Clinical Psychologist.
