Franchising is the hack (a 53-second perspective)

If Vernon Sanders is right... That "experience is a hard teacher because she gives the test first, the lesson afterwards"... Then franchising is the alumni student who aced the test, built a successful career, and wants to tutor you. Years of hard work, research, mistakes, risks, headaches, sacrifice, and trial to create a winning concept must happen. There are no shortcuts to this. BUT...all of these don't have to be solely on you. You can borrow the playbook. Skip the line. Inherit a proven model. Benefit from the network effect. If you love the concept. Believe in the mission. Trust your capabilities. Follow the system. Find strength in the leadership. Are proud of what you’re offering. Develop and serve others. Prioritize scale and systems. Are willing to follow the playbook.... Franchising is the play.
