Episode 28: Interview with Patrick Smith, Performance and Wellbeing Coach

Patrick's story is one that I'm sure a lot of people can resonate with, I know I did. Growing up in what he describes as a brilliant childhood, to hard working down to earth parents, he learnt early on about the value of hard work, a quality that has stuck with him throughout his entire corporate career.Going through the journey of life is never straight forward and easy however, and Patrick has had his fair share of ups and downs! From been up high to been hopeless, penniless and homeless, his story is one of resilience, persistence and overcoming the challenges that life put in his path. Now, a little later on in life as he and his wife are eagerly expecting their first son, he is able to look back on the lessons learned and put them to use in helping others to overcome similar struggles.A bit more about what Patrick does: Most high-performing men have built careers, businesses, and lives that look successful from the outside. But behind the ambition and achievement, there's often a quiet tension — a sense that something deeper is being left unlived.I work with driven men who are ready to close that gap.As a men's coach and mentor, I help you move beyond the metrics of external success and into a life defined by intentionality, clarity, and genuine fulfilment. Through honest conversation, strategic thinking, and accountable action, we work together to align your ambition with what actually matters to you — your values, your purpose, your legacy. This isn't about slowing down. It's about making sure the direction you're moving in is one you've chosen with intention. If you're ready to lead — in your career, your relationships, and your life — with discipline and purpose, I'd welcome the conversation. What I Don’t Do:Use generic playbooks or trendy buzzwords.Offer empty motivation without action.Coach people who aren’t ready to show up and work. You can find and reach out to Patrick here:LinkedInWebsite

Episode 23: Interview with Mark Victor Hansen, Worldwide Best Selling Author - Helping People share their Story

The world has experienced 10 years of change in the past 3 months. Here are some tips to watch so you can keep ahead in business today!1) Everything is online and remote. This is the new normal and much of it will continue even after the pandemic. What are you doing to adapt your company to the new virtual world? All speaking events and conferences have been canceled for the near future. My company started to build online training courses to help support people so they can learn and keep prospering in the change. We used a company called OperationsX.com to build my newest book writing and marketing course titled "You Have a Book in You." I recommend all companies to stay ahead of the curve and put your training, keynote speeches, and learning online so you can spread your information to the world without the limitations of physical challenge.2) With everything bombarding you online, how do you distinguish yourself from the pack? The most effective method I have found is by writing a book. If you put your message down on paper and immortalize it in a book; people know what you believe, what you stand for, and the people that like what you write will view you as an expert in the subject matter. This is a powerful tool to gain credibility and differentiate yourself, your brand, and your company to make your thoughts stand out and translate those thoughts to growth, wealth, and prosperity.3) Don't be afraid to ask for what you want, need, and deserve in life. People are in need right now and we need to ask because I believe that 1+1 does not equal 2, if you look at it the right way it equals 11. We are here on earth to help each other and uplift others. By combining the ask from one to another, you can create exponential growth with 2 people working synergistically on a topic. This method is truly the bridge from your dreams to your destiny.4) Keep your head up and don't stop learning! With the rapid changes happening, we need to learn and improve faster and more often than ever. Crisis equals opportunity. If you seek the solutions to this crisis you will find your life full of amazing opportunity. My new books on AMAZON NOW:ASK! Episode 21: Interview with Brian Proctor, Author and Speaker

About the Author Author of My Father Knew the Secret – Growing Up with Bob Proctor and the new release of 12 Easy Steps To Change Your Life: Stop Waiting For That Big Thing! Brian Proctor was born in 1961 in Toronto, Ontario, the same year his legendary father, Bob Proctor, was given the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, which began his father's 60-year journey into personal development.  For close to 30 years, Brian worked alongside his father as he taught from some of the world's largest stages.  Brian found his niche in marketing and business development. In the very early years of the internet, Brian originated an idea to build an email list to create value and a platform for his father to share his teachings. This idea set Bob Proctor's company up for success by opening the door early to email list building long before that was the industry standard. As an online marketer, Brian was consistently the top affiliate in large product launches with joint ventures, bringing in millions in commissions and giving many entrepreneurs their first opportunities with a large audience to share their products and services. Brian attributes his success to the lessons he has learned over the years from his father in creating lasting relationships. Today Brian is self-employed and lives with his wife Cory at the South end of Puget Sound in Washington State. He is living his dream of a life well spent near the water and enjoying nature at its finest. You can find out more about Brian on the links below:Brian Proctor website.Brian Proctor YoutubeBrian Proctor InstagramBrian Proctor Facebook
