Xav Handfield is a nationally recognized speaker, educator, personal development coach, and entrepreneur. His mission is to use his gifts and his voice to inspire and evoke a change in this world. He is a native of Miami, Florida, and has been in Houston since September 2012. Chama started honing her leadership and advocacy skills in high school and hasn’t stopped making the community around her better. She spent 12 years at the Peoria Black Chamber of Commerce and became their youngest president and chairwoman. In 2014, Chama organized a solidarity march & rally to honor Mike Brown. Since then, Chama has worked on several political campaigns including serving as the public relations director and spokeswoman for the successful re-election campaign for the Honorable Dorothy Brown, Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Chama is currently the Central Illinois Coalition Organizer for the Peoria People’s Project an extension of the Grassroots Collaborative.
