The Note-Taker Who Never Went Home

Mike Sullivan sits down with Bill Kiger, President and CEO of Pennsylvania 811, a man who was handed a four-page law he'd never heard of at a 1974 meeting he was only supposed to attend to take notes… and who never really left.
