(Previously The Beauty Build Podcast) I’ve been in business and personal development for 14 years alongside raising my family (mother of 3!), I started in the beauty industry, got to the top 6% of a Network Marketing company and then pivoted into coaching and NLP. This podcast originally began helping beauty professionals. Now I support ambitious women in a wider arena of service based businesses. It is all about real uncensored conversations on coming home to you and your alignment to grow in life and business. The name REAL has now come about because that is the direction I want to go in as a coach. I have ALWAYS been a keep it real, no bullshit business and inner work coach. But my work goes far beyond the beauty industry. I started there with huge passion and will always have that passion for the industry and I'm not going anywhere, yes you'll still see me in publication, at speaking events or getting involved in judging competitions where I can and helping women step into education, semi passive income, online digital products and other services is all part of the evolvement. I have helped people far and wide, I have experience in NLP, coaching, NWM, Corporate sales, Printing clothing, E commerce and OF COURSE being mobile, salon based and home based as a beauty entrepreneur. The women I LOVE to help are service based business owners who want more out of life, who are ambitious and are ready for their next level. And REAL represents where this is heading.
