This episode we welcome Emily Rice, Associate Director of Yellow Horse Equine Therapeutic Riding Programs to the conversation. Yellow Horse is a 501c3 non profit organization that program teaches children and adults of all abilities how to ride horses. Her priority is to help people, mainly women, heal from childhood trauma through retreats, workshops, and more. Nicole also helps to build and strengthen her community with service.
