We want to hear from you! Do you have a successful interviewee suggestion? About the host: Tim has worked extensively as a business leader, team builder, mentor of associates and team members. He is a person who enjoys his work and all the relationships it brings. He has spent 25 years working in the residential and commercial construction field as a business owner, vice president, “Chief” estimator, carpenter, and more. More recently, Tim has spent the last sixteen years as both an insurance field adjuster, manager, and executive in the insurance industry. Tim has a passion for helping people. He has spent most of his life serving others in a pastoral role and involved in a variety of charitable organizations. But, more than all the career accomplishments, he has been blessed with an amazing family of three sons and their families, an amazing spouse who is his high school sweetheart, and a wonderful extended family. Tom has worked in the construction and insurance industry for the past 20 years. He graduated college from Syracuse University, but quickly learned that he was cut from a different cloth. He was meant to create and build businesses. He has owned many businesses over the years and has seen great success and experienced catastrophic failures. One failure came in 2018. He was injured, couldn’t work, and had to file for bankruptcy protection all within a few months span of time. He took time to study industries and businesses and leaders. He a business and grew that business to a have a national footprint. He then started 3 more businesses, with one business spanning the globe, became an author, speaker, and additionally, started this podcast. As a result of having both massive success and failures, he is enamored with the lessons he learned and has a desire to help other people avoid the same mistakes.
