My Final Episode: on Authenticity, Outgrowing Things, and What is Next for Business as Poetry
This is the final episode of Business as Poetry. Fifty episodes. Three years. Four seasons. A mosaic of conversations with women who reinvented themselves, found their voice, and dared to do things differently. And now — a conscious, deliberate ending. In this solo episode I'm sharing everything: why I knew it was time, what this project gave me, what I'm leaving behind, and the lessons I couldn't have learned any other way. This isn't a story of burnout or failure. It's a story of outgrowing something you built with love — and having the courage to close the chapter anyway. In this episode I reflect on: Why most podcasts die at episode 3 — and what kept me going to 50 The moment I realised I was no longer the same person who started this Why authenticity can never be automated — and what the age of AI gets wrong about voice and presence The difference between a midlife crisis and a midlife revolution Why I'm done with frameworks, hustle, and convincing — and what I want instead My radical idea for this summer — and why sitting still might be the most productive thing any of us can do right now What's coming next for Business as Poetry and how to stay connected This chapter is closing. The next one is just beginning. 🎧 Continue the conversation on Substack : this is where you'll find me: writing, recording and working with women who are ready to speak their truth.
