Each week, we’ll dive into stories, strategies, and mindset shifts to help you focus on what’s possible—even when life throws you curveballs. Whether it’s personal struggles, professional hurdles, or those quiet doubts that whisper "you’re not enough," this podcast is here to help you push forward. Because when you stop fixating on the can’t and lean into the can , you’ll realize you’re stronger than you ever thought. Let’s do this together. Let's Master resilience together.

127: When Success Becomes a Hiding Place | All Can No Can't

Send us Fan Mail Success can become a hiding place and nobody ever stages an intervention for it. In this solo episode, Jeff Luther unpacks how achievement, ambition, and "doing the hard things" can quietly become the most socially acceptable way to avoid the parts of life you don't want to face. Jeff walks through the moment he stood in his backyard, sprinkler system running, and thought "I've made it" followed almost immediately by a sinking feeling in his stomach. From there, he breaks down what he calls the hedonic treadmill of achievement, the real difference between wanting something and needing it, and why healthy habits like work, exercise, and personal development can turn into unhealthy hiding places without anyone including you noticing. You'll hear about: Why success is a hiding place nobody questions The difference between wanting to accomplish something and needing to accomplish something How Jeff used training and running to avoid a marriage he wasn't happy in Why providing for your family and giving yourself to your family are not the same thing The one question Jeff now asks before chasing any new goal Jeff Luther is the host of All Can No Can't, a podcast built around the mindset he adopted after a life-altering diagnosis: that it's always your choice between can and can't. He now coaches entrepreneurs and leaders on facing fear, dropping excuses, and building lives on their own terms. 126: Grief & Anger After Loss: Stephanie Renner Returns (Part 2)

Send us Fan Mail Grief and anger after losing a child to suicide can live in the same breath and Stephanie Renner isn't afraid to say that out loud. She's back on All Can. No Can't. for a raw, honest follow-up conversation with Jeff Luther about her son Jordan, and what it really looks like to keep living after. This episode goes places the first conversation didn't. Jeff asks Stephanie point-blank if she ever gets angry at Jordan, and what follows is an honest look at anger as a real stage of grief, not a betrayal of love. Stephanie talks about the surreal moments when she forgets Jordan is gone, the guilt of feeling relief, and a "sign" on Mother's Day that put one of her biggest fears to rest for good. Stephanie also opens up about something most people never talk about: falling in love again after losing a child, and the guilt that came with letting herself be happy. She and Jeff talk through what it means to model a healthy relationship for the kids still here, and why "you did everything you could" is often the wrong thing to say to a grieving parent. Stephanie Renner is a former attorney turned grief and resilience coach, and the creator of the Regret to Resilience framework. She now helps parents and professionals move through grief, guilt, and regret without needing to "move on." Grab Stephanie's free Regret to Resilience worksheet at stephanierenner.com/podcastoffer, and find her at stephanierenner.com or regrettoresilience.com. Subscribe to All Can. 125: Who Are You Becoming? Letting Go of Labels That Aren't True

Send us Fan Mail Who are you becoming, not who you are. That's the question at the center of this solo episode of All Can No Can't, and Jeff Luther unpacks why it changes more decisions than any goal ever will. Jeff traces the question back to a conversation with his son about forging a ring, then into the middle of his own divorce, when things got said about him that weren't true, or only partly true. He explains why the partial truths are the dangerous ones, the way they stick and reinforce the labels other people try to hand you, and the moment in his garage when he decided: maybe those things were true once, maybe they weren't. But they're not true right now. From there he walks through why "who am I" is the wrong question entirely, because it assumes you're standing still. You're not. Every decision, big or small, is casting a vote for who you're becoming, and Jeff shares how he's drilled "decisions follow you" into his three sons for years, and how that phrase has grown up right alongside them. He closes with a reader comment that reframed everything for him and one practical filter you can run before your next decision: does this help build who I want to become? Jeff Luther is the founder of All Can No Can't and Jeff Luther Speaking & Coaching, and owner of Home-Probe Inc. Since surviving sudden cardiac death, he's coached entrepreneurs and leaders through fear, identity, and taking ownership of their lives. 124: Chasing Perfection? Just Make the Band | All Can No Can't

Send us Fan Mail Chasing perfection is why most of us never start. Jeff Luther shares the story of his son Knox, a hand-forged ring, and the blind spot he didn't see in himself until he was coaching his kid through it. Knox wants to forge a ring far beyond his skill level. Jeff tries to help him shortcut his way there, then catches himself mid-sentence — because the advice he's giving his son is advice he desperately needs himself. He'd been stalling on launching a newsletter for weeks, chasing a perfect title, a perfect system, a perfect first article. Sound familiar? This episode is about the myth of certainty — we want proof something will work before we're willing to start, but certainty never comes first. Experience does. Jeff also unpacks a heavier truth: decisions don't just create consequences, they create who you become. Every choice, every promise kept or broken, is a vote for the person you're turning into. Whether your "ring" is a business, a book, a hard conversation, or twenty pounds you've been meaning to lose, this episode will meet you exactly where you're stuck. Jeff also shares his current challenge — 50 complimentary coaching conversations in 30 days, no pitch attached, just real conversation for anyone who needs one. Subscribe to All Can No Can't for weekly conversations on resilience, ownership, and turning obstacles into opportunities. If this one lands, share it with someone chasing their own ring. 123: Letting Go of Regret: Stephanie Renner on Grief, Suicide Loss & Resilience

Send us Fan Mail Letting go of regret is different than letting go of grief and that difference might be the thing keeping you stuck. Attorney and speaker Stephanie Renner joins Jeff Luther to talk about losing her son Jordan to suicide, and the Regret to Resilience method she built out of that loss. This isn't a polished, safe conversation. Jeff asks Stephanie the question he says he didn't feel good asking whether there was ever bitterness mixed into the love and gratitude she carries for Jordan. From there, they get into what regret actually is: the "if onlys" that convince us we had control we never had. Stephanie shares why she believes the phrase "you did everything you could" can quietly imply blame instead of removing it, and why the real freedom comes from accepting that the past was never yours to control in the first place. Together, Jeff and Stephanie talk about grieving a future you thought you'd have birthdays, Sunday dinners, the person who should still be in the room and the complicated, honest truth that relief and love can show up in the same moment without canceling each other out. Stephanie Renner spent nearly 25 years as an attorney advising CEOs and entrepreneurs through high-stakes decisions. After losing her son Jordan to suicide, she created the Regret to Resilience method and now speaks and coaches on grief, regret, and moving forward without needing to "move on." If you've been carrying an "if only," this episode gives you one honest place to start setting it down. Subscribe and follow All Can. No Can't. for more conversations that turn obstacles into opportunities and if you or someone you love needs to talk to someone right now, 988 is there for exactly that. 122: Fitness for Busy Entrepreneurs: Behavior Change with Matt Meyers

Send us Fan Mail Fitness for busy entrepreneurs is less about the workout and more about the behavior change that gets you there. In this episode of All Can No Can't, Jeff Luther sits down with Matt Meyers, head of coaching at Nerd Fitness, to talk about why the all-or-nothing mindset that makes entrepreneurs successful is the exact thing that wrecks their relationship with fitness. Matt's been coaching for 16 years. His best certifications weren't the ones on the wall they were getting married, having kids, and sitting at a desk job long enough to understand what real life actually feels like. That empathy is what Nerd Fitness is built on. In this conversation, Jeff and Matt break down why smart, capable people keep falling off the fitness wagon not because they lack discipline, but because they're going to the gym as someone who already feels behind. When the gym becomes the place you feel like a piece of crap instead of the place where you're gaining ground, you're going to avoid it. That's not a character flaw. That's just how humans work. Matt talks through what fitness for busy entrepreneurs actually looks like: behavior change first, then programming. Ten-minute wins that count. Movement snacks throughout the day. Starting where you are, using what you have, and doing what you can. And the one insight that sticks you never start from zero. Every time you come back, you bring all the knowledge, skills, and experience from every attempt before it. Jeff shares the story of his 21-year-old son and what happened when he discovered the kid made his bed and why it proved that modeling behavior does more than any lecture ever could. If you've started over more times than you want to count, this episode meets you exactly where you are. Schedule Your Free Consultation Here: https://app.paperbell.com/checkout/packages/175510

121: How to Remove Limiting Beliefs Permanently With Joel Bein

Send us Fan Mail Send us Fan Mail Limiting beliefs about success, money, and worthiness don't go away with affirmations. Joel Bein — founder of Human Liberation — explains why, and then removes one of mine live on air. Joel has cleared nearly 2,000 of his own limiting beliefs using a 15-minute process he calls belief clearing. The core idea: beliefs aren't feelings or facts — they're interpretations we hatched in our minds, usually before age seven, to make sense of overwhelming experiences. And once you help the subconscious see that the belief was never actually true, it disappears. Permanently. Like finding out Santa Claus isn't real. In this episode we dig into why most mindset work doesn't stick, how the addiction to busyness is really a belief problem, the difference between healthy hustle and compulsive hustle, and why imposter syndrome is just your subconscious keeping score against a belief you never chose. 120: Choose Yourself: Rebuilding from Rock Bottom with Hakeem Born McFarlane

Send us Fan Mail Schedule Your Free Consultation Here: https://app.paperbell.com/checkout/packages/175510 Hakeem Born McFarlane speaker, coach, and founder of the Choose Yourself movement joins Jeff Luther to talk about what it actually takes to rebuild your life from zero. Hakeem's story involves losing his little brother to cancer at 16, chasing identity through Division I sports, battling addiction and incarceration, and ultimately rebuilding his life on a foundation of radical self-honesty and daily systems. This isn't a redemption story. It's a story about responsibility. In this episode, Jeff and Hakeem get into the Choose Yourself philosophy what it means, where it came from (eight days in isolation), and how the boundary bullseye framework helps you stop building your life from the outside in. They also dig into forgiveness, the real cost of choosing yourself, and what self-belief actually requires when no one's watching. 119: How Entrepreneurs Use AI to Grow Their Business with Ethan King | All Can No Can't

Send us Fan Mail How entrepreneurs use AI to grow their business isn't a future conversation anymore. It's a right-now conversation. And Ethan King is one of the few people teaching it in a way that actually sticks. In this episode of All Can No Can't, Jeff sits down with his former coach, the guy who helped him cross his first million dollars in his home inspection business, to talk about what Ethan's been building since then. Spoiler. It's not just ChatGPT prompts. Ethan walks through the moment he built his first AI agent and got the word "done" back in minutes for work that would've taken weeks. He explains the difference between an income statement and a balance sheet, and why so many entrepreneurs confuse top-line revenue with what's actually in the bank. He breaks down why people fear AI, why fancy prompting isn't the answer, and the simple shift that makes ChatGPT actually work for you. The same shift you'd use telling your kids how to clean the garage. They get into Ethan's books. Wealth Beyond Money, ChatGPT to Double Your Business in 90 Days, and his latest, Done, which hit number one in 28 categories across three countries. They also unpack the six levels of AI, why most social posts fall flat, and how to use AI to stay consistent in your own voice across every platform. Ethan's core message: you can have it all. Whatever "all" means to you. You just have to grab the tools and apply them. If you've been overwhelmed by AI or stuck pretending it doesn't apply to your business, this episode is your starting line. 118: You Already Made It: Stop Chasing, Start Noticing

Send us Fan Mail Book a free coaching call with Jeff: https://www.jeffluther.com/ You already made it. You just forgot to notice. In this solo episode, Jeff Luther unpacks the hedonic treadmill and why high performers keep moving the goalposts on themselves. Jeff was listening to Ed Mylett talk about hell being meeting the person you could have been. And it sat heavy. Because Jeff lives in that world. Ambition. Growth. Hard things. One more rep. One more call. He gets it. He loves it. He's lived it. But here's the question he can't shake. What happens when becoming better is the only scoreboard? When the bar keeps moving and you never feel like you arrived? In this episode Jeff tells two stories that hit different now. The corporate card that landed on his desk at Georgia-Pacific. The first conference trip his own company paid for. Moments the younger version of him would have been blown away by. Moments he never stopped to celebrate. Because the extraordinary becomes the ordinary fast. The thing you prayed for turns into a normal Tuesday. This episode is a push back on toxic ambition without throwing ambition out the window. Ambition and satisfaction are not enemies. You can want more and appreciate now. You can chase excellence and still notice what you've already built. Jeff also shares his free Success Reflection Guide. Two honest questions to sit with this week. What is something normal in your life today that younger you would be blown away by? And what are you really chasing, and what do you believe it'll finally make you feel? Because sometimes we aren't chasing the thing. We're chasing what we believe the thing will make us feel. 📝 Download the Success Reflection Guide here: https://www.jeffluther.com/success-reflection If you're an entrepreneur, a high achiever, a builder who can't seem to slow down long enough to take it in, this one is for you. Keep chasing excellence. Just don't sprint past your own life. Subscribe, share this with another high performer who needs to hear it, and let's keep finding the can in every can't.
