Eric's journey began shortly after high school when he served in the US Army's Office of the Staff Judge Advocate as a paralegal. In October 2008, during the housing crisis, Eric co-founded Paradigm Real Estate. BLA, a "Contemporary Collective Partnership" of Realtors, has been a game-changer in the industry, evidenced by its rapid growth, adding 30 Realtor partners monthly, reflecting Eric's enduring influence and innovative leadership in real estate. Throughout these varied experiences, Eric has consistently led the E | A Realty Group since 2006, showcasing his steadfast commitment to excellence and client service in the real estate domain. His progression from a military paralegal to a key player in real estate entrepreneurship is a compelling narrative of strategic foresight, adaptability, and unwavering dedication to the industry.
