Luke O'Mahoney is a former start-up Head of People turned creator, entrepreneur, and innovator in the start-up and scale-up People and HR scene. Luke created SapienX as a platform of content, courses and community for the post-HR generation, with the focus on turning People teams into Product teams and People Leads into Product Leads. As well as leading in the innovation and adoption of product-led PX (People Experience), Luke is also bootstrapping SapienX to £1Million AR and will share wins, fails, and learns about that journey along the way too.
