Ricky began working summer days on Perrone construction sites at the age of thirteen. Coming from a bloodline of builders, preceded by both his father and grandfather, he fell in love with the craft. Working his way up through the ranks while earning his business management degree from USF, Ricky had a very unique opportunity to learn every trade from the ground up, over time becoming one of the most knowledgeable builders in our area as he worked his way through the ranks into management.
Creative by nature, Ricky is truly an artistic mind that views the world differently, challenging the norm and provoking new ideas with every project he touches. His out-of-the-box thinking sheds new light on even the smallest architectural details.

Raised on Siesta Key, Jacque is passionate about our gulf front community. After earning her degree in marketing at UCF, she returned to Sarasota to follow a career path that would allow her to contribute to the growth and beautification of our treasured coastline.
Serving several years as the Membership Services Director of the Siesta Key Chamber of Commerce, and seven years as Business Development Director for one of the top real estate law firms in our area, Jacque is poised to provide the experience Perrone Construction clients have come to expect over the past forty-three years. Matt was born and raised in Knoxville, TN and has an undergraduate degree and MBA from Troy University where he received a basketball scholarship. He is a CPA and spent 5 years working for PwC in Atlanta. During this time he worked with many clients from a wide array of industries. He learned first-hand what it takes for a business to succeed.
