The role of Mental Health First Aiders
In this episode, we explore how Churchill Group supports colleague wellbeing through its Mental Health First Aider (MHFA) network. Joined by Lynzie Kane and some of our trained MHFAs, we unpack what MHFAs do, how they offer early, confidential support, and what colleagues can expect when reaching out. Through honest reflections, we highlight the value of peer support, challenge stigma around mental health at work, and share simple ways to look after ourselves and each other, helping build a more open, compassionate workplace where no one feels alone.
Supporting wellbeing through TRiM
