Send us Fan MailJeffrey Andrews is widely recognised as the first ethnic minority Hongkonger to qualify locally as a registered social worker. Jeffrey was born in Hong Kong and experienced severe discrimination and language barriers in segregated local schools, which led him to join a triad gang as a teenager.
