The Human Design with Justin Judd

I first witnessed our guest's energy while onstage at a recent conference. He was dynamic, confident, engaging, and the kind of person you can tell at first glance: He’s been through some stuff. Justin refers to himself as a ‘sales savage’  who had taken companies from zero to 1 billion in three years. Wow! He’s vice president of sales and partnerships at CHIIRP, a communication and marketing automation software company in Provo, Utah. In today’s episode, we dive deep to explore 'The Human Design' and what it takes to change when facing a painful past. The Human Design is also the name of Justin's coaching/mentoring business he founded in 2020.Contact Justin:https://chiirp.com/ph: 385-285-9496email: Justin@chiirp.comLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/justin-judd-b5052297/Reach out to Kelly Schols @ https://kellyschols.com

To Hell and Back with Ed O'Connell Part Two

Part Two of To Hell and Back begins with Ed O'Connell's recovery from alcohol addiction and embracing help from others. He reaches out to the Service Round Table community to help him climb out of debt in his plumbing business (a whopping 250K). He meets his wife, Rebecca, who becomes indispensable in the success that O'Connell Plumbing becomes. When I first met Ed, the connection was instant.  And it was just because both of us owned successful plumbing companies at the time, our bond went much deeper. We both had a history of alcoholism that almost killed us. Ed's story is definitely more extreme. It includes homelessness, drug dealing, and service in Vietnam. Our session covers a before and after story of sobriety and the immeasurable personal and professional success that followed. What you'll hear today in Part One of Ed's journey To Hell and Back. It is Ed's version of a living hell: Alcohol addiction.  Ed O'Connell has been a mentor to many in the trades. In fact, he's won a number of awards including two for his mentorship to Service Nation Advisory Boards. He writes articles for Contractor Magazine. Before Ed sold O'Connell Plumbing, he was named Service Round Table's Contributor of the Year. Community and giving back are of utmost importance to Ed. Make sure you stay tuned for Episode Two where Ed shares his love for his community and the transformation he experienced along with sobriety.Reach out to Kelly Schols @ https://kellyschols.com
