“We Have an EAP, We’re Covered”, And Why That Doesn’t Hold Up, with Ian Fagan & Sam McKenzie

Psychological injury claims are the fastest-growing category of workers’ compensation claim in Australia, and regulators are proving, case by case, that a policy sitting on paper isn’t enough to meet the legal duty.
