Rachann talks with Jane Siegler of the Maryland Horse Council's Government Relations Committee about the Right to Farm Law. Some Maryland counties have their own Right to Farm laws, protecting farms and farmers from nuisance lawsuits brought about by neighbors over such things like odors, dust, etc.
