Protect Your Brand

There are lots of things to protect with your social media platforms and your website. Are you on top of them? Or are bad actors smearing your name and reputation just to get a reaction. Time to ban, block and delete the bots and the bad actors! You must monitor your areas and respond to customer requests. Who does it in your business? Do they really know how to use these platforms or do you just assume they do because they are "younger" - make sure they know what they are doing! A good listen. Black Friday Advice and More

I'm back at it Marketing Residency Listeners. Had a personal setback the day after that last broadcast - I explain it at the end of this podcast so you can end it early or listen if you feel like knowing a bit more about it. Don't forget to detach yourself for auto-renewals of Black Friday deal commitment deals from last year - you KNOW they will renew higher! Sometimes you don't get notified. Mark it in your calendars for next year. Pay attention. Also adjust your hours on your Google Business Profiles for being closed on Thanksgiving. People need to know your CORRECT open and closed days/hours. A personal note at the end of this podcast explains my hospital stay at the end of October. Back in action though - all is well.
