A little on Personal Development !

I was talking to someone very close to me recently, who I shared some personal development with that made the comment “oh, it’s really great to get self-help sometimes”. It really bothered me and I thought about it for several days now and I’ve come to the conclusion that that’s a negative term, in my opinion.
