In this episode, Jeannie S. explains her journey to and now with Roehl. Jeannie started in Roehl's Get Your CDL program, then drove by herself, then became a trainer and eventually drove as an owner operator leased to Roehl. Jeannie is now an instructor helping new drivers get started in the trucking and transportation industry.
Jason Sims, Roehl's Vice President of Maintenance, joins Travis to talk about the excellent support our team provides drivers. Jason also talks about why Roehl's a great place to start a driving and non-driving career - especially if you want to be among the best truck/trailer and diesel mechanics in the industry.
Ramondo E. talks about his extensive experience in trucking with Travis and Jason Francis. Ramondo started with Roehl in 2012 and then soon became an owner operator leased to Roehl. During that time, Ramondo was a Certified Driver Trainer, Ramondo left Roehl for about 6 months, then returned for another almost year. Ramondo then left Roehl for more than a decade, and he talks about what he missed while he was away. He noted that the grass is not always greener somewhere else. Since he's returned, he's started to train again, and he talks about the advancements in Roehl's training for people who've recently obtained their CDLs.
