A Key to Success is Growth Mindset
A key to success is to have a growth mindset. What Growth mindset means is you are willing to change, adapt or alter your direction as an Entrepreneur as your business develops. It can not grow if there is no fertilizer or ideas that develop. An Entrepreneur has to be willing to learn from his/her mistakes, failures as well as accept advice by others like mentors or even employees otherwise he/she don’t have a flexible growth mindset and they get stuck in their ways. So be willing to learn and accept advice from others is a trait of an entrepreneur
