The Price of Admission to Success as a NursePreneur
What if the price of admission to the success and dreams you desire, is befriending the very emotions, thoughts and fears that are keeping you stuck? This is an excerpt from a download I received, and shared with our NPA nurses inside the NPA this week. I thought it would benefit you too. Host Liam Caswell shares reflections on why becoming the best in a niche can be simple without going viral or being famous: most people won’t do the work success requires. He explains how self-doubt and discomfort are normal physiological responses when building something new, and that waiting to feel comfortable will delay results. Liam emphasises that growth, income, freedom, and impact come from showing up, doing reps, failing, learning, and collecting evidence to challenge disbelief, because transformation requires leaving comfort zones. He encourages nurses to follow their inner nudge, reject conformity, and reframe hard times as necessary lessons, ending with the belief that “when you do hard things, life gets easy,”. 00:00 Welcome to Nursepreneur 00:56 Why Success Is Simple 01:55 Your Brain and Discomfort 03:08 Do the Work Anyway 04:55 Called to Break the Mould 05:55 Do Hard Things 07:23 Final Thoughts and Next Steps 07:45 Bedside Escape Plan Join the NPA 🚀 Want to start your own nurse-led business with the skills you already got?
