Welcome to the HER360 Podcast & Blog! Sis… I’ve got big news. After a lot of planning (and a little overthinking), HER360 is officially on Substack—and I couldn’t be more excited about what this means for you and me both. Why Substack? Why Now?I’ve missed you. Like really missed you. But if you know me, you know I can’t just show up and start talking—I need a plan. And for a while, I didn’t have one. I was juggling all the things—mom life, wife life, CEO life—and without a clear strategy for this podcast, I just couldn’t be consistent. Now I’ve got it. HER360 on Substack is the strategy. It’s the answer to all the content chaos. So What Is Substack? If you’re not familiar, think of Substack as a blog + podcast + newsletter all wrapped in one beautiful, organized, non-algorithmic space. And the best part? You’ll get:→ Weekly posts (audio, video, or written) → Livestream convos (starting June 24th!) →A real community—no algorithm required → ME showing up fully, without the stress of being everywhereThe 3 Big Reasons I Chose SubstackLet me break it down:1. Connection over content fatigue. I love Instagram. I love YouTube. But I want deeper conversations, not just views and likes. Substack lets us actually engage without fighting algorithms.2. Simplicity. All my stuff (blog, email list, podcast) used to live in different places. Substack simplifies it all. One platform. One audience. One mission.3. Growth without hustle.I’m in my 40s. I want peace. I don’t want to sacrifice family time or self-care just to “stay visible.” HER360 on Substack lets me grow a community that aligns with my life, not one that drains it.What to Expect Weekly on SubstackYou’ll get three weekly posts built around HER360’s core mission to help you be a really good wife, mom, and boss on your own terms: Sundays: “Get Your Mind Right” posts to help you set the tone for the week (think movement routines, meal inspo, mindset prompts, etc.) Tuesdays at Noon (starting June 24): Live biz chats—automation, content strategy, offers, systems. Real talk on what’s working right now. Fridays: Fun & lifestyle posts—sports mom hacks, perimenopause life, self-care ideas, date night inspo (even if you’re staying in). All the stuff that makes life rich outside of work.Plus, Substack’s “Notes” feature means I can drop quick updates, polls, or video clips in a way that feels social, without being social media.Let’s Build Something TogetherI want HER360 to be more than a podcast. I want it to be a movement—one that gives us the tools, space, and systems to build lives that actually work.So here’s your next step:→ Go to https://kaewhitaker.substack.com and hit that subscribe button. You’ll get all of this content directly to your inbox—no logins, no scrolling through IG, just value straight to you.If you’re listening on Apple, Spotify, Amazon Music, or wherever—make sure you leave a review and then head over to Substack so we can keep the convo going.I appreciate you so much. I’m excited to reconnect.Let’s build, automate, and enjoy this thing together. With love and systems, KaeLinks Mentioned: Substack: <a href="https://kaewhitaker.substack.com"...

Keeping Your Business Strong After the Election
Hey there! Today’s episode dives into a topic that’s hitting close to home for many of us: **how to keep your business strong after the election.** Whether you’re feeling excited, disappointed, or just plain exhausted, the changes in political leadership can stir up a lot of emotions and even impact how we approach our businesses. But here, it’s all about setting up a game plan, so we’re ready for whatever comes next!Feeling All the Feels? You’re Not Alone. We kicked things off with a quick check-in. Post-election vibes are real, and if you're still processing, that’s okay! We all have responsibilities to ourselves, our families, and our businesses, no matter who’s in office. This episode is dedicated to helping you get back in “boss mode” and ready to thrive, not just survive, in the months ahead. Key Strategies to Prep Your Business:1. Stay on Top of Policy Changes: Knowing what’s coming down the pipeline can help you make the right moves. Different administrations bring different takes on taxes, healthcare, and regulations. For business owners, this isn’t just politics—it’s knowing how to manage changes in things like tariffs (if you’re importing goods), labor laws, and healthcare access for your team. Don’t worry if you’re not a policy expert! Being aware is half the battle.2. Check Your Financial Health: Now’s a great time to revisit your finances. Post-election changes may impact taxes and economic conditions, so sit down with your financial advisor or CPA. Review your investments, re-evaluate spending, and ensure you’re positioned to weather shifts in the economy. My husband and I did this recently, and while I was hesitant at first, it felt great to get a clear picture of our financial future. 3. Client & Team Communication is Key: Relationships matter—especially now. You don’t have to bring politics into your client conversations, but being open and consistent about your values and the quality of your work builds trust. I’m clear about where I stand, but I make sure my clients know that my commitment to helping them remains solid. The same goes for my team. If you’re managing employees, keeping them informed about your business plans can ease anxieties and boost morale.4. Be Ready & Stay Flexible: Business agility is more than just a buzzword—it’s a survival skill. Evaluate your revenue streams, focus on what’s working, and be ready to shift if you need to. We walked through all of our income sources to see where our flexibility lies. This way, if something changes (like a tariff affecting product prices), we can pivot without missing a beat. Knowing where your income comes from and which areas are the most stable will help keep you calm and focused.Looking Ahead: Thriving Beyond the ChangesPreparing for post-election changes isn’t just about surviving—it’s about thriving. At the end of the day, we want to feel good about our businesses, provide for our families, and live the lives we’ve built. If that means adjusting the budget or re-evaluating our priorities, it’s worth it. Stay informed, stay flexible, and remember that we are all navigating this together.
