In her role she merges more than 20 years of industry expertise to provide upmost service to new and existing members, actively retaining, and growing a diverse membership body while strategically implementing campaigns motivating active and ongoing participation. Prior to The Latin Academy, she worked at Warner Music Group as Publicity & Promotions Associate Director.  Isabel’s background in communications allows her to effectively connect with people. And her expertise working directly with artists, labels, concert promoters, media outlets, and key opinion leaders, makes her a trusted allied for the members of The Latin Recording Academy and music creators worldwide.
