Ep8: The Value Of Story in The Art Of Sales

Episode 8: I have the privilege of working with many people online.  Facilitation is a wonderful way to bring ideas out in the open and help someone practice building their creative muscle. This episode is titled The Value of Story in The Art of Selling. While storytelling is not limited to any endeavor, in sales it is essential in the building of rapport. Fuel for Faith episodes are directed at a global audience. My vision for these episodes is an open exchange of thoughts and ideas.  I want to surprise your understanding and stretch your imagination. No one has “all the answers” and I believe because we do not, we all have a unique way of putting our thoughts and ideas together.  Therefore, I will take the risk of being understood and misunderstood.  Every circumstance has similar components that place emphasis on various subjects.  The words I use and live by, like everyone else, are there to be used to say something.Episode 8 is the value of story, and I believe it is essential to learn how to tell a story which invites memories and connections to personal experiences that align people and create relationships. With your ever-growing potential comes the responsibility to do the right thing, not just for yourself, it is for those in your sphere of influence.   Keep coming back to these little episodes, I call thought starters.  If you decide to go further, drop me a note and share your thoughts and impressions.Send your request to Tony@fuelforfaith.com

Ep5: Getting Real in a Real World

Feeling Overwhelmed? Faith Can Anchor You. Ep5: When life feels too heavy to carry, it's not a sign of weakness, it's a call to return to what strengthens you most. Faith practices like prayer, reflection, and Scripture reading aren't just spiritual rituals; they're powerful tools to help reset your perspective, calm your spirit, and remind you of your worth and purpose. We’re offering a free downloadable study: “Faith Over Fear: Finding Strength When You Feel Overwhelmed.” It’s a short, uplifting guide through both the Old and New Testaments that points to a greater source of strength than stress or self-doubt.Send your request to Tony@fuelforfaith.com

Ep4: Learning The Lessons

Episode Four: There are moments we all look back on and think, "I wish I hadn’t said that." The sting of those words often lingers because we recognize, too late, the impact they had. But here's the truth: we couldn’t have said anything different at that moment—not yet. Why? Because we hadn’t learned the deeper lesson, one that only comes through spaced repetition, hearing, practicing, failing, and trying again. The habit of impulsively saying what we later regret is often just that: a habit, reinforced over time. And like any habit, breaking it requires intentional effort. Drop me a note and I will offer you three ways to break free from this pattern. Learning the Lessons in the subject line to Tony@fuelforfaith.com

Ep3: Helping Others Find Their Way

Episode Three: Fuel for Faith episode Three has a twist.  There are bumps on the road of life. Difficult people seem to be a bump we all will run into someplace sometime. A “difficult” person is based upon a personal impression.  Does it sound strange to view difficulty as an impression we find uncomfortable? Emotion is always in the details of difficult behavior. The drastic approaches typically fail.  Is there a better way to manage frustrating interactions?  Is coping with difficult people worth the effort? I believe it is; they are God’s love tests.Tune in, listen and you may find an insight that gives you hope for brighter and happier outcomes   Insights are choices to choose or not choose for yourself.  To act on an insight has the potential to make a way to better possibilities.  You can bring peace to intensity and strengthen your ability to communicate.    Remember the word impossible starts with “I’m”. “I’m possible”. Ep2: Jumping To Conclusions

Episode Two: In a conversational setting, are you offended by someone who may have an opinion that doesn’t match your own?  Have you been in a meeting where you formed an opinion before the person who was talking stopped?  Why?... because you or someone else jumped in before they finished their sentence. Was what they wanted to say drowned out because of the interruption? Are you a talker or a listener?  Being able to do both is so important. In this episode you will discover the value of listening, reflecting, and commenting to build confidence in your communication skills. It can help you tap into an excellent approach to your next conversation, be it important or casual. If you have questions or want more information send me an email at, Tony@fuelforfaith.com

Ep1: One Step at a Time

Episode One: When you learn to walk, you take baby steps.  Parents get excited when they see those first steps taken. Regardless of our age…life is a series of steps on the path we walk in this world. Don't take it for granted.  You and I take one step at a time on the path to go further on the lifelong journey. Lifelong learning is a step here, a step there, another to navigate closer to all our hopes, our dreams, and our lessons.  I hope this episode adds to your Fuel for Faith and God smiles for your efforts. If you have questions or want more information send me an email at, Tony@fuelforfaith.com
