Over the years, he discovered that many clients experience pain not because of "what" they are doing, but "how" they are doing it. This realization drove him to dedicate countless hours to studying, earning certifications, and refining his coaching techniques to help adults fix pain, move better, and train optimally. Lane’s focus is on long-term health and empowering clients to train for years to come. When not in the gym, Lane enjoys spending time with his family and tackling house projects.Payden's love for fitness began early, inspired by her mom, who prioritized health and fitness long before it became popular. Watching her mom’s dedication to working out and staying healthy left a lasting impression. In college, Payden stayed active and now values strength training for its anti-aging benefits and as a way to be a healthy role model for her children.
