Will AI Replace Real Estate Agents? Judd Hoffman on the Future of Real Estate

Will AI replace real estate agents? Judd Hoffman thinks that question misses the point. Judd Hoffman, CEO and Co-Founder of Ethica AI, joins Jeff Fargo on Fargo Talks for a wide-ranging conversation about artificial intelligence, real estate, technology, entrepreneurship, and what happens to human work as AI gets better at an unprecedented pace. Real estate has reusable rockets, self-driving cars and AI capable of writing code in seconds, yet agents are still sitting in parking lots filling out PDFs. Judd explains why he believes the industry has been underserved by technology, why real estate agents are routinely underestimated, and where AI can actually make their lives better. The goal, according to Judd, is not to replace the agent. It is to remove the administrative work that keeps the agent away from clients. In this episode: • Will AI actually replace real estate agents? • Why real estate has been so slow to adopt new technology • The agent who kept a laptop hidden under his passenger seat so he could complete paperwork from his car • Why the decades-old PDF is still running huge parts of the real estate transaction • What AI should do for agents and what should remain human • Why the agents who adopt AI early may gain a massive advantage • How AI is changing jobs, education and the decisions young people make about their careers • Why companies struggle to adopt technology when greater efficiency may mean fewer employees • How Judd thinks about investing in people, entrepreneurship and opportunity • Why time, accuracy and peace of mind may matter more than the flashy AI features getting most of the attention Judd also discusses Ethica AI and Ethica, its AI transaction assistant built to help California REALTORS® handle transaction paperwork through voice and text while keeping the agent at the center of the transaction. Ethica is currently offered as a free member benefit through the California Association of REALTORS®. This is also a conversation between two friends who have known each other for more than a decade, so it goes well beyond technology. We get into business, relationships, investing, animals, the future of work and what it means to bet on people before everybody else sees what you see. Learn more about Ethica AI at heyethica.com . West Henderson Hospital CEO Chris Loftus: Ending the "Best Healthcare Is the Airport" Narrative

Where's the best hospital in the Las Vegas area? Chris Loftus, CEO of West Henderson Hospital, part of the Valley Health System, sits down with Jeff Fargo on Fargo Talks to answer the questions patients across southern Nevada actually search: how long are ER wait times, how do you compare hospitals using CMS star ratings and Leapfrog grades, what are the stroke warning signs (BE FAST), and how does hands-only CPR work. Located in Henderson, Nevada, West Henderson Hospital draws patients from across the Las Vegas valley, from the Strip to Southern Highlands to Sun City Anthem, and from neighboring states. Chris shares how the hospital went from opening its doors to being voted gold for Best Hospital in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Best of Las Vegas 2025, why it was built at 150 beds with a master plan to expand to 450, and the "Who Packs Your Parachute" philosophy behind its culture. He also explains why every elective surgery patient gets a personal call from a hospital executive the night before their procedure. West Henderson Hospital is part of Valley Health System, a network of acute care hospitals, freestanding emergency departments, and behavioral health facilities serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and southern Nevada. Valley Health System's parent company is Universal Health Services (UHS), headquartered in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. ABOUT THE GUEST Chris Loftus is the CEO of West Henderson Hospital in Henderson, Nevada. He Got 213 Years in Prison. He Walked Out With a Vision Board.

Adam Clausen was sentenced to 213 years in federal prison for a string of armed robberies. He served 20 years, 5 months, and 17 days. In August 2020 he walked out through compassionate release under the First Step Act. Today he works in Washington DC fighting to free the men he left behind. In this episode of Fargo Talks, Jeff Fargo sits down with Adam at Level Nine Studios in Las Vegas for the conversation other podcasts haven't had. Not the sentence. Not the headlines. The kid with scholarship offers who disappeared. The 700-page memoir written inside. The promise he made to men still serving life: if I'm not successful, they die in prison. And why his release day wasn't the happiest day of his life. Questions this episode answers: What is the First Step Act and how does compassionate release work? Adam explains the law that ended a 213-year sentence after two decades. Can people truly change in prison? Adam built the first program of incarcerated life coaches in the country before his release. What does life after a long sentence look like? Adam now leads innovation at Social Purpose Corrections, hosts the Gritability podcast, and runs the clothing line 27th Straight. McDojo Life on Holding Martial Arts School Owners Accountable

In this episode of Fargo Talks, Jeff sits down with Rob from McDojoLife for a wide ranging conversation that starts with friendship, podcasting, and Shot Show stories, then turns into a deeper talk about what really matters in martial arts. They break down why choosing a gym is not as simple as picking a style, why parents should feel empowered to ask better questions, and why “just push through it” is not always the right answer for kids or adults. Rob doesn’t hold back on the biggest issue he sees in the industry: the lack of basic safeguards. No real regulatory body. No universal requirements. And in too many cases, not enough accountability.
