In this Episode we are talking to the lovely Rayner MayersRayner started, scaled and successfully sold 40% of her business shares, which saw her exit her Cleaning Business in December 2021 at the age of 36. At the point-of-sale Rayner employed 358 staff members and had a Turn Over or nearing £4.5M.Rayner left school at 16 with very few qualifications, pregnant and claiming state benefits.
