In a culture where over-productivity is rewarded, we need to do some personal digging to develop our own credo on what work means to us as individuals. We chat about boundaries, sticking to your contracts, and how we can begin to have conversations with the fears that keep us stuck in the never-ending burn out cycle so we can claim our lives for our own.
