About the show

A podcast teaching women how to feel the energy, emotions and essence of their desires FIRST, so that they can turn their reality into their version of wealth. Inside this podcast we cover emotional intelligence, spirituality, breathwork, embodiment, wealth and abundance, and how it contributes to building a life that YOU choose. Here we reject hustle culture, pressure and force, and replace it with slowness, contentment, purpose and fulfilment. This is where we get to live out our version of wealth, by feeling it all FIRST! Welcome!

158// How To Create Space In Your Life WITHOUT Giving Things Up.

You have heard it all before. Slow down. Create space. Regulate your nervous system. And honestly it sounds beautiful. In theory. But you have children who need you, clients to show up for, a relationship to tend to, a business that does not pause because you need a reset. The advice that sounds poetic on a wellness account does not always translate to a Tuesday morning when the baby is crying, the laundry is piling up and you have three things due before noon. So you file it away under "maybe when life slows down" and keep going. But here is what I want to offer you. Space is not something that lives in the hours you do not have. It is a quality of presence that is available inside the life you already have, when the internal state shifts even a little. You do not need more time. You need a different texture inside the time you have. And that is actually possible right now, in this life, in all its fullness. This week's episode is about what that practically looks like. 157// If You Can't Receive A Compliment, How Can You Receive The Life You Desire? Its The Same Energy... Lets Talk About It.

You are so good at giving. Showing up, contributing, holding things together, making sure everyone around you is taken care of. It feels natural. Easy even. Safe. But receiving? That is a different thing entirely. Its likely you deflect compliments before they fully land. Or you find a way to give something back the moment someone does something for you. Maybe you stay busy so you never have to sit with actually being provided for by your hubs.  Underneath all this is resistance. Resistance to being on the receiving end without immediately needing to balance it out somehow. Listen, it is not that you are ungrateful. You are, and you show it. It is that receiving asks something of you that giving never does. It asks you to trust. To be seen in your need. To let something good actually happen without immediately moving it along. And for a lot of women, that is one of the most vulnerable things there is. This week's episode is about why. And what starts to shift when you let yourself receive just a little more than usual. 156// You Dont Need Another Strategy (or way of doing things), You Need A New Emotional Baseline.

I know youre not the kind of person to do things by halves. You're resourceful, methodical, and smart. You've been focussed on creating more space in your life for the things that matter to you. To create a life of abundance and success (your version obvs). So, you've done the courses, hired the coaches, read the books, listened the podcasts. You have shown up, done the work, followed the plan. You have actually implemented a lot, which is more than most people get to. And yet here you are. Still feeling like it's not working. Yes, making progress and then slowly, quietly drifting back to where you began. Its really defeating, and sometimes you wonder why bother? But what if the strategys and actions you were told to take, were never actually the problem? What if it was always the emotional ground you were building it from? Because strategy applied to an unchanged emotional environment produces temporary results at best. You can change the routine, the business model, the approach, the style of communication... and if the inner environment has not shifted, you will recreate the same emotional experience inside the new one. This week's episode is the one that finally makes sense of all of it. You'll see the missing piece. SIGN UP FOR THE FEEL IT FIRST WAITLIST BOOK A 1:1 BREATHWORK SESSION INSTAGRAM

155// If You're Tolerating Less Sh*t Than You Used To, Then You Know The Work Is Working.

You do this work, and you will tolerate less sh*t...and thats a good thing, honestly. You reazlize you're less able to override the feeling that something is not quite "right". You become way more aware of the dynamics you have been accepting, the situations you have been tolerating, the version of yourself you have been showing up as just to keep the peace. And sometimes that clarity is uncomfortable. Because it asks you to stop pretending you do not notice. So listem, here's is what is actually happening... When you are carrying a lot, when your nervous system is constantly managing just getting through it, you adapt. You make yourself fit. You accept things you would not accept if you had more space, because you simply do not have the emotional bandwidth to address them. As that pressure starts to lift, your awareness shifts. Things that used to feel normal start to feel icky and misaligned.  You find yourself becoming brutally honest with yourself, and those around you...and it doesnt always land well...but sometimes honesty doesnt (at least not right away), and that sok. This week's episode is about what happens when your inner standards start to change and evolve, and why that is one of the clearest signs "the work" is actually working. 154// You're Allowed to Want More (Even If Your Life Is Already Good)

You look around at your life and you know it is good. You really do. The love is there, the stability is there, the things you worked hard for are there. And yet there is this pull toward something more. More space, more aliveness, more memories with your family, moreof yourself actually present in your own life. Then almost immediately... the guilt shows up. Who are you to want more when you already have so much? Other people have it so much harder. You should just be grateful. Or YOU used to have it so much harder, and now life is great, why should you want more? (This one's specific for me) So you tuck the desires back in. You remind yourself of everything you have. You tell yourself it's plenty (which is true, but its not ok to deny yourself expansion). But heres the thing...gratitude and desire are not in opposition. You can be genuinely, deeply grateful for your life and still feel the pull toward more. Those two things do not cancel each other out. They never did. Wanting more is just evidence that you are alive. That there is still more of you that wants to be expressed. And this week's episode is giving you full permission to want it, without the guilt, the shame, or the need to justify it to anyone. 153// Caught Between Who You Were And Who You're Becoming? This is for you.

Theres a weird disorientation that comes from looking around at your life, at the standards you used to hold, the version of yourself you used to be, the things that used to matter, and realising they just do not quite fit anymore. You have just quietly outgrown something. And the strange part is that outgrowing something you built your whole identity around can feel almost as unsettling as losing it. She is still there, that older version of you. The one who said yes to everything, who held it all together, who measured herself by how much she could carry. You recognise her. You built a lot with her. But something has shifted and you can feel it. And you are not quite sure yet whether that is a good thing or a terrifying one. Both, probably. That is usually how embodying new identity or a new version of yourself feels. This week's episode is for the woman who is somewhere in the middle of that. The women who's in the in between, holding two clashing identities, unsure of how to move through it all with grace. 152// Youre Putting Too Much Pressure On It, And Pushing It Away. Stop.

It is sooooo tiring wanting something so much, for so long. It exhausting. You have done everything right. You have shown up, you have tried, you have taken the steps and set the intentions and kept going even when it felt like nothing was moving. And underneath all of that effort there is this quiet but relentless grip. This sense of needing it to work, on a specific timeline, in a specific way. It makes complete sense. When something matters deeply and feels just out of reach, of course you hold on tight. But here is what nobody really talks about. A nervous system that is constantly efforting and vigilant is not in a receiving state. The body cannot simultaneously grip and open. And so sometimes the trying, as genuine and committed as it is, is the very thing creating just enough tension to keep what you want at arm's length. This week's episode is not about giving up or caring less. It is about what becomes possible when you soften the grip just enough to actually let something in. 151// How To Stop Wanting What You Think You SHOULD Want

Have you ever made a vision board, set a goal, built a whole plan around something... and felt a subtle resistance underneath it all? Like your body was not fully on board but you could not figure out why, so you kept going anyway. Maybe it looked right. Maybe it looked like exactly what success was supposed to look like. Maybe everyone around you seemed to want the same thing so you figured the resistance just meant you were stepping into unfamiliar territory, or that there was a fear to work through. Sometimes that is true. Sometimes resistance is just the edge of something new. BUT sometimes it is your body quietly telling you that the desire did not start in you. That it got shaped by comparison, what the industry rewarded, what looked good on paper, or someone else's version of success. And the tricky part is that from the inside, those two kinds of resistance can feel almost identical. This week's episode is about learning to feel the difference. And about what surfaces when the noise of everything you think you should want finally gets quiet enough. BOOK A 1:1 BREATHWORK SESSION DOWNLOAD "THE PRESSURE RELEASE" FREE BREATHWORK INSTAGRAM

150// You've Been Waiting For The Life To Create The Feeling. It Works The Other Way.

We all know how to do gratitude on paper don't we... You write the list, you say the things, you remind yourself how lucky you are. And something in you just stays flat. I have been there so many times. And for a while I thought it meant something was wrong with me. But here is what I have come to understand. There is a big difference between knowing you are grateful and actually feeling it in your body. And your nervous system knows which one is happening. You cannot fake it out. Forced appreciation and genuine ease feel completely different on the inside, and they do different things. The feelings that actually shape your life are not the big dramatic ones. They are the quiet ones. The emotional undertone of how you wake up in the morning. The feeling that colours just... an ordinary Tuesday. The baseline you return to when nothing particular is happening. Those feelings are doing so much more work than most of us realise. This week's episode is about what becomes possible when you stop waiting for your life to create the feeling, and start learning how to cultivate it yourself. 149// The Reason You Feel One Step Behind In Your Own Life

Have you ever had the sense that you are somehow missing things that are right in front of you? You're trying. You're smart and capable. But you feel like you are living in a kind of tunnel. Functional, getting through it, but narrow. Like your vision has quietly shrunk without you noticing. That is not a you problem. That is what happens in a body that is carrying too much. When you are at capacity, your brain quite literally filters out anything that does not feel immediately relevant to managing the load. Opportunities that were always there become invisible. Your own instincts go quiet. Desire gets muffled. You might know what you think you should want but the actual felt pull toward it has gone somewhere you cannot quite reach. You are missing them because your system is too full to register them. Its got nothing to do with wether you were ready or not. And when that load starts to lift, even a little, what becomes available is kind of extraordinary. Not in a woo way. Just in the way that happens when there is finally room to perceive more. That is what this week's episode is about. GET ON THE FEEL IT FIRST WAITLIST DOWNLOAD THE FREE AUDIO "THE PRESSURE RELEASE" BOOK A 1:1 BREATHWORK SESSION INSTAGRAM
