Scale Like A Girl Ep 6 — How A Health Coach Scaled From 2 Sales A Month To 20 Sales A Week To 20 Sales A Day

Her offer was good. Her clients got life-changing results. And she was making about two sales a month. To make one sale she was doing five or six sales calls, and every sale she made put another eight calls into her diary, because what she was selling was a pack of eight one-hour sessions. So the better she got at selling it, the less time she had. Today that same business sells as many as twenty a day, completely on autopilot, with zero sales calls, and does multiple seven figures a year. If you've got an offer you know is good and it is still weirdly hard to sell... this episode is for you. Why is a funnel the worst possible fix for an offer that isn't selling? What were the three things wrong with hers, and why did we never touch her sales page? And what did she do at every single plateau that almost nobody else does? The waitlist for SCALE is filling up fast and doors open 7am Wednesday 26 August. There are only twenty spots and this will sell out. 👉 Click here to get your name on the waitlist. 🎟️

Scale Like A Girl Ep 5 - The 9 Secret Sales Strategies Running In My Business Right Now (I Haven't Touched Most Of Them In Months)

Right now there are nine different things in my business making sales. I'm not doing any of them, and I haven't touched most of them in months. Between them they make multiple sales every single day. A different mix of programs every time. If you've built a business that works, and you're now stuck at exactly the level it works at, and every idea you've got for growing it starts with "find more people"... this episode is for you. Why does one great funnel cap you no matter how good it is? How does a $47 sale become an average order value of $140, with no price rise and no bigger offer? And why is the answer to growing almost never more eyeballs? Every strategy in this episode is one we install with people inside SCALE, my brand new program. The first round is a pilot and it's capped at twenty people. 👉 Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️

Scale Like A Girl Ep 4 - The 7 Signs You're About To Hit Your Next Level

After eight years I can usually tell who's about to break through, months before it happens. It isn't instinct, it's a pattern. The people who go do a very specific set of things first, in roughly the same order, and almost none of them realise they're doing it. There are seven. Plus a bonus one that means someone is about to move fast. If you've been assuming the reason you haven't broken through yet is that you're missing something enormous... this episode is for you. It's almost always one thing. Why is going quiet the strongest signal of all? What's the one filter for finding the right support, and why does everybody skip the last part of it? And which of the seven do you already have without having noticed? Everything on this list is what we build inside SCALE. The first round is a pilot, capped at twenty people. 👉 Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️

Scale Like A Girl Ep 3 - Why Type B Content Creators Make More Money Than People Posting 10x A Day

I don't care whether my posts get engagement. My ego cares. My business does not. There are two completely different ways to do content, and almost nobody names the second one. So most people spend years forcing themselves to be the first type, feeling like a failure when they can't keep it up, and never finding out there was another option the whole time. I was recently at a mastermind where someone shared that they post almost ten pieces of content a day, and that posting more is their number one growth strategy. It works. It also takes a team of nine people. If you've been quietly convinced you're just bad at content, and you're tired of trying to keep up with people who clearly love it more than you do... this episode is for you. How do you know which type you actually are? Why can a post that gets three likes still be the thing that makes you real money? What are the two layers sitting underneath your content that hardly anyone talks about, and why do you only have to build them once? And what is the third layer, the one that costs about ten dollars a day and is cutting the time it takes someone to go from finding you to being ready to invest from six months down to about fourteen days? 👉 The pieces I walk through in this episode are what we're building together inside SCALE, my brand new program. The first round is a pilot and it's capped at twenty people. Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️ This is episode three of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Scale Like A Girl Ep 2 - The 3 Things That Break The $20K Month Ceiling (Number 3 Got Me To My First $1M Year)

Twenty thousand dollars a month was my dream number. Then I got there, and I could not move past it for years. I'd have a good month, tip over, feel amazing, and then slide straight back down again. Working harder than I ever had. Keeping almost none of it. A business that looked great on paper and felt terrible on the inside. There are three things that break that ceiling. Two of them I've talked about on this podcast about a hundred times. The third one I've barely mentioned publicly, and it's the one that tripled my business and gave me my first seven-figure year. If you're flat out at a level that looks successful from the outside and refuses to budge no matter what you throw at it... this episode is for you. Why does the exact thing that got you to $20K months become the thing that caps you there? What are the three ways to build monthly recurring revenue, and which one actually suits your business (because it's probably not the one you're thinking of)? And why did one of our clients flat-out reject the perfect offer for her business before going away and building it anyway? I'm also announcing something at the end of this episode that I've been building quietly behind the scenes for months. You're hearing it first, and there are only twenty spots in the first round. 👉 Want to be in the running? Click here to put your name on the waitlist. 🎟️ This is episode two of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: why you don't need engagement, virality, or the algorithm to like you, and the content strategy that sells every day without any of them. Make sure you're subscribed.

Scale Like A Girl Ep 1 — 7 Years Of 7 Figures, All Inside School Hours. Here's How I'm Adding Another $1M

I just told the internet I'm adding an extra million dollars to my business in the next twelve months. Then I felt slightly sick about it. Here's what didn't fit in the Instagram post: the reason behind the number, the three rules I've put around it, and the seven years of backstory that made me finally decide to do it. Because my business has done seven figures every single year since 2019, within about fifteen percent either way. Through a newborn. Through two years of lockdowns and homeschooling. Through a year where I couldn't use my right arm. And for almost all of that time, I've been running it on cruise control on purpose. If you've built something that genuinely works, and you're now sitting there wondering why every attempt to make it bigger seems to want more of you... this episode is for you. What made me rebuild my entire business in 2019 around a child who hadn't been born yet? Why is doing this inside school hours the hardest part, not the million dollars? And what's the actual difference between a business that survives without you and one that grows without you? This is episode one of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: the $20K a month slump, why it's a ceiling and not a milestone, and the $500 offer that finally got me out of it. #303 - 3 Hacks to Stop Your AI Content Sounding Like AI

I recently got publicly accused of being a robot. On the one post I'd actually written myself. 🤖 Every other post that week was written by my AI, and nobody said a word. Then I write one by hand from an airport lounge, and the comments roll in calling it AI slop. Which tells you one of two things about how well trained my setup is. Here's why it matters though. It doesn't matter how good your content actually is. The second someone gets that little AI-ick reading it, their brain checks out and they stop trusting a word of it. So if your stuff has that tell, it's costing you, even when what you're saying is brilliant. Most people land in one of two camps. They've decided they don't care that it sounds like a robot, or they've given up and gone back to writing everything by hand. There's a third option, and it's the one I actually use. In this episode I'm walking through the three hacks that stop my AI content sounding like AI. The skill that sweeps every AI tell out of my content right before it goes live. How I trained my AI on the way I actually speak, imperfect grammar and all. And the trigger words I use to pull it straight back into line the second it starts to drift. If you've ever written something with AI, read it back, and thought "this just doesn't sound like me"... this one's for you. Which words instantly scream AI? How do you get it to keep your very human imperfections instead of ironing them out? And what actually separates a few clever prompts from having a whole content department behind you? 👉 Everything in this episode is built for you to copy and paste inside Claude Like a CEO, and it's $150 off for a very limited time. #302 - The REAL numbers behind a Seven-Figure-a-Year Coaching Business

Almost nobody in this industry will show you their real numbers. So I'm showing you ours. The financial year just wrapped up here in Australia, and I've been through every single dollar our business made over the last 12 months... where it came from, which offers did the heavy lifting, and what it cost to make. And no, this wasn't our best year ever. That's the point. This is what a regular, boring, reliable seven-figure year looks like when the systems are doing their job. If you've ever wondered what's really going on behind the scenes of a mostly automated coaching business (or quietly suspected everyone's hiding the real numbers)... this episode is for you. What percentage came from low-ticket offers vs our signature programme? How much revenue did order bumps and upsells quietly add while we did nothing? What did we spend on ads all year? And which "small" revenue stream would quietly shrink everything else if we cut it? Listen to find out. 👉 Then click here to watch the Seven-Figure Framework. .. my free video walking you through the exact structure behind these numbers, visually. It's shorter than an episode of Friends. 🎬

#301 - The $5K Month vs $5K Week vs $5K Day Funnel (What's Actually Different)

What's the difference between a funnel that makes $5K a month... and one that makes $5K a day? Most people guess "more traffic." And that guess is keeping a lot of very good businesses stuck exactly where they are. Because a $5K day funnel isn't a $5K month funnel with a bigger ad budget. They're completely different levels of business... with different engines, installed in a different order. In this episode I'm breaking down all three levels: $5K months, $5K weeks and $5K days. What life actually looks like at each stage, the engines you need to install, the real numbers to aim for, and the order to build it all in. If you're making sales but can't seem to crack the next revenue level no matter what you try... this episode is for you. Which single engine gets you to $5K months fastest (and how little ad spend you can start with)? Which two engines stack on top to create $5K weeks? And what's the one offer you must have in place before $5K days are even possible? Listen to find out. 👉 Then click here to watch the Seven-Figure Framework ... my free video walking through the whole thing visually. It's shorter than an episode of Friends. 🎬

#300 - What AI Actually Replaced On My Team (and What It Never Will)

A few years ago I had a team of six people. I don't think I've ever been more stretched, more stressed, or slower to get anything done. Today my core team is a fraction of that size, and the business makes more money and moves faster than it did back then. If you've ever hired someone to get relief, only to end up more stressed than before — this episode is for you. I'm pulling back the curtain on exactly who's on my team now, what's quietly been handed over to AI, what's stayed exactly the same on purpose, and the one thing I will never let a robot touch. Ready to Install Your Own AI Content System? Cash Money Content is exactly what I use for that. 🎟️ Grab it here
