Episode 29: Intrapreneurship Masterclass with Jade Sonkin

What is “intrapreneurship”? I asked Jade Sonkin, an Aries, Manifesting Generator full of wisdom, to join me to illuminate the intrapreneurship journey, specifically through her role at L'Oreal. She highlights the need for a shift in the narrative in corporate America, moving away from fear-based cultures and towards mindfulness, psychological safety and well-being. Building off this belief system, a role was created for her on the people development team, directly influencing L'Oreal's leadership development and creating healthier systems within the organization. There are plenty of parallels between intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship, emphasizing the need for passion and (delusional) belief in the mission. Of course, navigating the unknown is something we need our intution for, and her philosophy of “leaving 5% open for magic” is a brilliant example of this. Ultimately, Jade encourages listeners to create a better future by embracing your authentic self, staying open to new perspectives, and holding flexible boundaries. Cheers to juggling the glass and plastic balls! Follow Jade on her website jadesonkin.com and @jadesonkin on Instagram And if this episode resonates, please share it with a friend!
