When life is life-ing, like EXTRA hard... it's totally OK to pull back and focus on what really matters. You don't have to do it all. You don't have to burn yourself out and stress to the max about the 7 carousel posts and 5 reels with the BEST hooks that you can't seem to get down but feel like you 'should' be posting because some "guru" said it's the way to grow. That's not what's going to make the difference. But it will break you from stressing out trying to get it done. It's actually ok to refocus and look at what's TRULY making the difference for your business at ANY time. There are no gold medals for the person that does the most or works the hardest. Remember how you started your business with thoughts of being your own boss, time freedom, and NOT having to ask anyone to take time off... Then you actually became a business owner and somewhere between those initial dreams and actually being your own boss, the idea of taking time off or going on vacation seems completely out of reach.
