In this episode, we talk with Brad Ashby of 360° Painting in Nashville, Tennessee, who enjoyed a long career in television sports broadcasting prior to choosing to join the franchise. Brad shares his story, lessons he has learned as he has grown the business, and how he has grown his business since he acquired an existing 360° Painting franchise in August of 2022.
In this episode, I interview David Manley of ProLift Doors with Premium Service Brands in Amarillo, Texas. David worked as a retail manager for Wal-Mart / Kroger for many years before he and his wife decided to start their own business. After investigating three franchise brands, they decided to join the Premium Service Brands family and join ProLift Garage Doors in August of 2022. David shares his story, lessons he learned as they started the business, the benefits he has found with Premium Service Brands and the value of the training they provide, the work they do with Kids Lift, and his vision for the future of their business.
In this episode, Belinda Wiesehan shares her story about how she and her husband John decided to join the 360° Painting franchise with Premium Service Brands. They started their business in Charlotte, North Carolina and ran both territories in both areas for a year and a half. They sold the Charlotte territory in May of 2022 and transitioned their business completely to Pinehurst, North Carolina. Belinda shares lessons they've learned as they've grown their business, mistakes they've made, what they love most about being affiliated with Premium Service Brands and being part of a franchise, and their vision for the future of their business.
In this episode, I talk with Barbara Reguero about her transition from working on Wall Street for 23 years to owning a Maid Right franchise with Premium Service Brands. Barbara shares her story about how she has grown her business since she started it in February of 2015, her thoughts on being awarded the Franchisee of the Year in 2020 during a challenging year with COVID, what she does to ensure her team members know they are all looking out for one another (and how she has such incredible retention with her cleaning crews in her business), as well as the benefits for working within a franchise system to get support for training, marketing, ongoing support, and the tremendous value of working with incredible peers who are also in the same franchise.

In this episode, I talk with Jesus Barrios about The Grout Medic franchise which he and his father Harold started in November of 2006 (which was acquired by Premium Service Brands in 2021). Since then, they have added a Kitchen Wise / Closet Wise franchise in May of 2024 and are opening a 360° Painting franchise in June of 2024. Jesus shares his family's story as immigrants from Veneuzuela who started their own business seventeen years ago, how they have scaled and grown their business, and specific ways they have benefitted from being a part of the Premium Service Brands franchise family.
