EP 18 Learnings from my career break: How I knew it was time.

In October 2023 I made the difficult but necessary decision to leave my well established corporate position. Being able to do this was a huge privilege that I am grateful for. But that does not mean it was easy. The time away from what made up so much of my identity - work - forced me to confront a lot about myself and evolve along the way.    I start a new corproate job on Monday and wanted to take the time to share some of the messy middle and profound learnings in hopes that it helps even one other person navigating the ups and downs of life.
