She is the founder of Amistar Foundation and Liminal Experiences, LLC, and an invited speaker whose presentations have reached hundreds of veterans, clinicians, and researchers. Her work bridges military experience, emerging research, and embodied practice, supporting veterans and others healing from trauma in moving from shame and disconnection toward self-compassion, purpose, and renewed participation in life.Connect with Abihttps://www.linkedin.com/in/abi-dorhostihttps://www.facebook.com/abion.dorhostihttps://www.instagram.com/abi_holisticwellnesshttps://home.amistarfoundation.orgwww.heal.me/liminalSupport the showSUBSCRIBE and SHARE!Women Serve Too Merch (10% of Profits Benefits Female Veterans): https://www.etsy.com/shop/WomenServeToo
