Greg Glesinger is a long time friend and hunting buddy and to say he's an absolute killer would be doing him a disservice. Greg spent a decade with the Drury Outdoors team consistently putting on a masterclass of growing and harvesting GIANT mature whitetails. He has since moved on to create Huntworx where he and his team picked up right where he left off all while providing their viewers with insight into everything hunting. Whether its land management, laying down killer hunt footage, and in the case for this episode, sharing how he has been able to win time and time again investing in land, Greg is one of those guys you wont want to skip.
Montana is known as "The Treasure State" and we think that couldn't ring more true! Big Sky Country is one of our crew's favorite places on earth and the lifestyles of ranching and hunting have defined the landscape of this country but for a long time there has been a disconnect between the two parties. Agents Cassie Jumper & Tanner Anderson from Northwest Realty see that changing and it opens doors for so much more opportunity for best use of the land for everyone. We talk with Tanner and Cassie about how they go out of their way to market their clients properties the extra mile and some of their strategies to grow even when times are tough! We also get a little mid-week hunt update from Travis Hamele and Tyler Dostal who are out there on their 3rd year hunting prairie Mule Deer with Harris Hunts!
Bill Baker’s roots run all the way back to the founding of the Colony of Virginia. The long history of his family in that area speaks to his expertise and passion for the land on which he lives. Bill’s also an OG in the real estate game having spent decades helping his clients have success buying or selling as well as a successful career as a broker helping his agents do the same! Curt and Tyler traveled down to Bill’s place to put on our second deer stewardship course for UCHP members and found some time in between classes to sit down with Bill and pick his brain!
Jake has been around the hunting industry since early on when he started selling deer urine from the deer his family raised. From then on, Jake has started multiple successful podcasts (The Land Podcast & The Exodus Podcast), grown countless outdoor brands, owns Exodus Outdoor Gear and he isn't stopping! We are excited to hopefully offer a program/partnership with WMA in the near future and hope you enjoy hearing Jake on the other side of the conversation than normal on his show.

Chris McDonald is relatively new to the real estate game but when it comes to hunting, Chris has been a bigger part of the growth of the industry on the world stage than most people would think. Whether it's his 20+ adventures into Africa, his hunting trips to Europe & Australia, years as a competitive archer, or drawing and filling a super rare Elk tag in his home state of Wisconsin, Chris has more experience in his 55 years than most people would have in 500. Chris is also active in several outdoor organizations including: National Deer Association, National Wild Turkey Federation, Pheasant Forever, Wisconsin Bowhunters, and others. Being a rural land owner himself, he also enjoys improving wildlife habitat & being an overall steward of the land. Chris has enjoyed being a Home/landowner his whole adult life. He wants to help people do the same when buying real estate and also to understand that when you sell, you are selling a piece of your life. Whether it be that starter home or the farm that has been in the family for generations.
