When you have negative thoughts about yourself, challenge them. Ask yourself if they are really true. Are you being fair to yourself?Practice positive self-talk. Talk to yourself the way you would talk to a friend. Be kind and supportive.Do things that make you feel good about yourself. This could mean spending time with loved ones, doing things you enjoy, or helping others.
