I Didn't Move Abroad Because I Was Confident. I Did It Because I Was Scared.

Send us Fan MailA career in the arts doesn't look like one thing anymore , and honestly, Sky's not sure she'd even call it that.In this episode, Sky answers a series of questions she was asked for a school interview and goes deep on what actually drove her to pick up and move to Sydney and London (hint: it wasn't confidence), how the Master Your Mindset workbook grew out of a ten-minute daily creative practice, and what it really means to build something from inception alongside the people you love most.If you've ever wondered whether your passion can become your life's work, or felt like the path forward was too unclear to trust, this one is for you.✨ Follow @skylilah on Instagram 🌐 www.skylilah.com🎧 Subscribe, rate, and share, your support means everything.Support the show

You’re Not Stuck. You’re Patterned (Here’s How to Shift It)

Send us Fan MailThis episode is for the version of you that feels a bit stuck… even if everything looks fine on the outside.Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about how to actually move forward when you feel overwhelmed, out of alignment, or like you know you’re meant for more, but can’t seem to get there. So instead of giving surface-level advice, I wanted to walk you through what’s really going on.We talk about why you feel stuck (and why it’s not laziness), how your nervous system and patterns might be keeping you in the same place, and what it actually takes to create change that lasts.I also share more personally about what I’ve been moving through, grief, transitions, and those quieter seasons where you’re growing, but it doesn’t feel clear yet.And I open up about how I support people inside Thrive 360, from mindset and reflection work, to training, nutrition, and building habits that actually fit your life. This isn’t about doing more or being better. It’s about understanding yourself and moving forward in a way that feels sustainable. If you’ve been feeling stuck or a little off, this will meet you where you’re at.—Follow along on Instagram: @skylilahSubscribe, rate, and share if this resonated 🤍Support the show

Leaving Isn’t Easy: The Real Feelings Behind a New Chapter

Send us Fan MailThis is a short one, but a real one.I wanted to sit down and speak honestly about what moving actually feels like,  not just the excitement of a new chapter, but the quiet grief that comes with leaving a life behind. There’s so much beauty in change, but also a lot that doesn’t get talked about. The in-between feeling. The nerves. The moments where it all feels very real.I also open up about going long distance and how much I’m going to miss my partner, something I don’t take lightly, and something that’s been sitting on my heart. This season feels like both expansion and letting go at the same time.If you’re in a transition, or about to step into something new, this is just a reminder that it’s okay for it to feel exciting and emotional.—Follow along on Instagram: @skylilahIf this episode resonated, share it with someone who might be going through a similar shift, and don’t forget to subscribe and leave a review 🤍Support the show

Life Update: Leaving London, Grieving, and Starting Over (Again)

Send us Fan MailThis episode is a long overdue life update… and it’s a real one.Over the past few months, I’ve been navigating a lot behind the scenes, grief, big decisions, and a quiet shift into a new chapter of my life. After my grandmother passed (my sweet queen 🤍), I found myself reflecting deeply, not just on this loss, but on past experiences of grief, how it’s shaped me, and how it continues to show up in ways I don’t always expect. It’s been heavy at times, but also incredibly healing. After her funeral, I made a spontaneous decision to spend my final months in London doing something exciting ( I enrolled in art school!). Also sharing something a lot of you have been asking… Why I’m leaving London, what this chapter has meant to me, and what’s next !! including what JT and I are doing (don’t worry, I get into it 👀).This episode is a mix of grief, reflection, growth, and moving forward, all at the same time.If you’re in a season of change, feeling a bit in-between, or processing something quietly… this one is for you.You don’t have to have everything figured out. You’re allowed to grieve, evolve, and still be excited about what’s next.—Follow along on Instagram: @skylilah For mindset, wellness, creativity, and real-life growthIf this episode resonated: Please subscribe, rate ★★★★★, and share with someone who needs to hear this 🤍Support the show
