You Don't Have an AI Problem, You Have an OVERTHINKING Problem

Jim got three hours in front of a room of entrepreneurs who each run a business north of half a million dollars, with permission to go as deep as he wanted. He opened with the most basic explanation of what a large language model actually is. It was the right call. It also points straight at the thing quietly eating your calendar: you don't have an AI problem, you have an overthinking problem. **It's August.** You told yourself this summer would be different. This Pet Owner Used AI to Save His Dog
