About the show

A bilingual podcast (DE/EN) for heart-led women, soulful leaders and sensitive visionaries who want to understand themselves more deeply, feel more at home in who they are, and bring more ease and Everyday Magic into real life. ✨ Welcome & Grüezi Have you ever wondered why you keep looking for approval, why slowing down can feel strangely uncomfortable, or why the same thoughts and patterns keep showing up – even when you already know better? SoulTalk is where we explore those everyday moments a little more deeply. With heart, humour and a little Swiss soul, Manuela Portmann connects subconscious wisdom, grounded spirituality and real life to help you see yourself, your patterns and your everyday life from a fresh perspective. You don't have to become someone new. You're simply invited to come home to who you already are. Together we'll explore: ✨ Subconscious reprogramming without pressure ✨ Emotional wellbeing, inner safety & abundance ✨ Intuitive leadership rooted in humanity ✨ Spiritual growth that feels real, playful and beautifully human ✨ The everyday thoughts, emotions and patterns that shape how we experience our lives Some episodes are quiet and deeply reflective. Others are filled with laughter, curiosity and lightness. Every one is guided by heart, humour and a little Everyday Magic. My wish is simple: May every episode leave you breathing a little deeper, smiling a little more and trusting yourself a little more than before. Because sometimes one small shift in perspective can change the way you see everything. If you feel called to dive deeper, I’d love to welcome you into my world: www.manuelaportmann.com With love, Manuela 🩷 Ein zweisprachiger Podcast (DE/EN) für herzgeführte Frauen, bewusste Leaderinnen und feinfühlige Visionärinnen, die sich selbst tiefer verstehen, mehr bei sich ankommen und mehr Leichtigkeit und Everyday Magic in ihren Alltag bringen möchten. Why Do I Feel Guilty When I’m Doing Nothing? | #109

What if doing nothing for a while is exactly what you need – and yet you still feel guilty for it? Hey my loves, and a warm Grüezi from Switzerland 🩷, You finally lie down on the couch to rest… and five minutes later, your brain starts reminding you of everything you could be doing instead. The laundry. The emails. The things on your to-do list. That little voice saying: You should be productive. But why can resting feel so uncomfortable when we actually need it? In this episode, I’m exploring the everyday guilt that can show up when we slow down, take a break, or simply do… nothing. And maybe there’s more behind that feeling than just having a busy day. This episode is for you if… you feel guilty when you’re resting or doing nothing your brain keeps looking for the next thing to do relaxing feels strangely unproductive you find yourself measuring your day by how much you accomplished you’re curious about where your need to always be productive comes from In this episode… We’re talking about productivity, rest, the pressure to keep doing, and that familiar little voice that tells us we should be doing something else. And, as always, we’ll look at what might be happening underneath the everyday moment – with a little Spirit, a little Brain, and a lot of real life. What happens when we actually allow ourselves to do nothing? Why does the brain immediately want to produce something again? And where does that guilt come from? Maybe doing nothing isn’t really doing nothing at all. Maybe it gives us a moment to notice what usually gets lost in the noise of all our to-dos. So get comfortable, take a breath, and maybe give yourself permission to simply be here for a few minutes. Click play and let’s dive in. 🩷 And if something from this episode resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you. What has it brought up for you? Feel free to share it in the comments. And I’ll leave you with some questions to take into your own life: What happens inside you when you allow yourself to do nothing? What does your inner voice tell you when you’re resting? Where did you learn that being productive means you’re doing well? What would change if rest didn’t have to be earned first? What could doing nothing make space for? 🩷 More Frome Me: Dive deeper into my world : www.manuelaportmann.com The 3-Minute Heart Moment : Download your free audio & join the Spirit & Brain Spark community for monthly impulses here . Wessen Anerkennung suchst du eigentlich noch? | #108

What Story Are You Still Playing on Repeat? | #107

What if one of the thoughts you repeat every day was never really yours to begin with? Hey my loves, and a warm Grüezi from Switzerland 🩷, last week, I had two completely different encounters: I visited my cousin’s wife in hospital, and later met some former colleagues from my Schindler days. Different places. Different conversations. And yet one topic kept showing up: The stories we tell ourselves. Those little sentences that have been playing in the background for years. Sometimes so quietly that we barely notice them anymore. I like to think of it as having a DJ in our head who keeps putting the same song on repeat. 🤣 The interesting part? We may have learned that song a very long time ago. Maybe from our parents. Maybe from people around us. Maybe from experiences that shaped us when we were young. And at some point, we start believing: This is just who I am. This is how life works. This is what is possible for me. But what if it isn't actually your truth anymore? In this episode, I share a very personal example from a Money Hypnosis Session – a sentence I once carried around that had far more influence on my life than I realised. And yes… there is also a story about me walking home alone at night. A story that I was able to change. 🩷 We’ll also talk a little bit about the Brain Theatre, I've recently shared in an other episode here : 🩷 This episode is for you if… you catch yourself repeating the same thought again and again you sometimes wonder where a certain belief actually came from you feel that an old story no longer fits the person you are today you want to understand your subconscious mind in a simple, everyday way you're ready to question a thought without having to fight it ✨ In this episode… We explore limiting beliefs, subconscious patterns, self-talk, inherited beliefs and personal transformation – but through real-life stories rather than theory. And I'll leave you with four questions to take into your own life: What story am I still keeping alive? Whose voice did I learn it from? Is this really my truth? And how do I want to think and feel instead? 🩷 More Frome Me: Dive deeper into my world : www.manuelaportmann.com The 3-Minute Heart Moment : Download your free audio & join the Spirit & Brain Spark community for monthly impulses here .

Click play and let’s dive in. 🩷 With love & gratitude, Manuela 🩷

The Magic of Being a First-Timer Again | #105

Sometimes the most beautiful dreams don’t arrive with a big announcement. They simply become real one day. Hey my loves, and a warm Grüezi from Switzerland 🩷, Six weeks away from the mic, and I’m back with a little story from Denmark, a few thoughts about first times, dreams, timing — and the beautiful reminder that some things simply need time. ✨ This Episode Is For You If… you’re building something meaningful and sometimes wonder if it’s taking too long you’re learning to trust your own timing you’re starting something for the first time — or allowing yourself to be a beginner again you want to grow without losing yourself along the way you’re wondering whether a dream can unfold without pushing it into existence And perhaps especially if you need the reminder that you don’t have to arrive quickly to be on your way. 🩷 🎙️ In This Episode What my daughter’s first trip to Denmark reminded me about our own firsts Why some things simply need time The difference between moving forward and rushing forward Building a business while staying connected to yourself What sustainable success means beyond business Why a dream can already be unfolding even when it doesn’t look finished A Question To Take With You What is something you’ve never done before that quietly calls you?

3 Years of SoulTalk... 🎉 - 10 Stories From Behind the Microphone | #103

Three years ago, I started a podcast called Power of Your Word. I had no idea what would happen next. Today, I'm sharing 10 stories from the SoulTalk journey—and saying thank you from the bottom of my heart. 🩷 Hey my loves, and a warm Grüezi from Switzerland 🩷, Three years ago, on June 27th, I pressed record for the very first time. Back then, this podcast wasn't called SoulTalk – Everyday Magic. It was called Power of Your Word. I didn't have a big strategy. I didn't have a detailed plan. Honestly? I simply wanted to find out if I could do it. 🤣 Fast forward three years, more than 100 episodes later, and listeners from over 80 countries have joined this journey. And today, I thought it would be fun to take you behind the scenes. Not into the polished version. The real one. The unexpected moments, lessons, surprises, doubts, and beautiful experiences that happened along the way. ✨ In this episode, I'm sharing: Why I started podcasting without a plan How Power of Your Word became SoulTalk The unexpected lessons from over 100 episodes Funny moments, doubts, surprises, and milestones What this journey has taught me about courage, connection, and showing up imperfectly Most of all, this episode is a thank you. Because SoulTalk was never meant to be a one-way conversation. It's a shared space. And I'm deeply grateful you're here. Reflection Question: If you've been listening for a while... What If Feeling Safe Is The Real Secret To Moving Forward? | #102

We often hear that manifestation is about mindset, visualization, and strategy. But what if the missing piece is your nervous system? Hey my loves, and a warm Grüezi from Switzerland 🩷, We often hear that manifestation is about visualizing harder, thinking more positively, or finding the perfect strategy. But what if manifestation has much more to do with your nervous system than your vision board? In today's episode, I share the story behind our Denmark holiday and the surprising lesson it taught me about creating change. The biggest shift didn't happen because I pushed harder. It happened because I created a new reference point. A new experience. A new piece of evidence for my nervous system. Because once you've done something once, your body begins to believe and your system knows you can do it again. 🩷 And that changes everything. In this episode, we explore: Why your nervous system plays a key role in manifestation The difference between forcing and allowing How small, consistent actions create powerful evidence Why safety often matters more than strategy What it means to experience life instead of trying to "win" it One of my favorite reminders is this: "We are not here to win life. We are here to experience it." 🩷 Reflection Questions: As you listen today, take a breath and ask yourself: Do you really need to win this day... or are you allowed to simply experience it? Is your nervous system running on constant alert, even though everything is okay right now? What would help your body feel safe enough to soften? Where could you create one small piece of evidence that the life you desire is already becoming possible? Let's continue the conversation. I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. 🩷 Let’s stay connected: Dive deeper into my world : www.manuelaportmann.com The 3-Minute Heart Moment : Download your free audio & join the Spirit & Brain Spark community for monthly impulses here .
