The Power of Moments: What Cairns Crocodiles Taught Me [Solo Ep w/Natalie Siagian] Part 2

Send us Fan Mail PART 2 solo recap of Cairns Crocodiles — a creative conference and retreat in Cairns, Far North Queensland bringing together some of the most creative and courageous minds in advertising, media, marketing, and everything creative in between. I really couldn't keep this one to myself. This is a solo episode, individual and collective highlights from The Personhood where I'm unpacking and doing a deep dive on what I learned, felt, and noticed while representing for the people; independent creatives and creators who don't always get a seat at these tables. Because that's the whole point of these solo eps: I'm on a mission to create with impact and to educate in real time — not after the fact, not polished into a highlight reel, but as it's actually landing for me. In this episode, I'm talking about the Power of Moments from Cairns Crocodiles — the small, unplanned, human experiences that end up mattering more than a whole bunch of keynote slides and what this has taught me about creativity, connection, and being the own architect of experiences. Expect real talk on the ideas that shifted how I think about my own work, the conversations that stuck, and a few honest reflections and stories on what it means to bring a creative-professional lens into rooms that are usually built for bigger agencies. If you're a creative building your own path, life and business — this one's for you. 🔗 Learn more about Cairns Crocodiles: https://cairnscrocodiles.com 🌐 Connect with Natalie & The Personhood: www.thepersonhood.com Meet our Creative Doers Collective: www.thepersonhood.com/passion-to-paycheck-podcast Nat Siagian: https://www.instagram.com/nat.asia Dr Indra Mckie: https://www.instagram.com/indra_inspired Steph Haber: https://www.instagram.com/stephhabes Monica Hahn: https://www.instagram.com/introducing__monica Robert Hahn: https://www.instagram.com/robertcrispe We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land on which this episode was recorded, and pay our respects to their Elders, past and present, and to the Aboriginal Elders of other communities who may be listening today.
