Robyns Instagram A little piece from Robyns site: Eight years ago, I hit rock bottom.I had been so unhappy in my job and honestly, with my life for a long time. Eventually I was signed off from nursing with burnout, anxiety and in heart failure. I felt so stuck and lost. I wanted to change my life but had no idea where to start. I spent so much time, energy, and more money than I care to admit trying to figure it out — books, podcasts and 1-1 coaching when I could afford it. So many manifestation tools. You name it, I have tried it. I would only ever get so far. What I didn't know back then was that I needed to do some inner work. Visualising and making a vision board would only get me so far. I had low self-worth, no confidence and a lot of limiting beliefs about myself. I had spent my life people pleasing and following the crowd. I had no idea who I really was. To truly change my life, I had to understand and heal the patterns, beliefs and fears holding me back. Self-work is what helps you reconnect with who you really are, uncover what you truly want, and change your life. It’s not about hoping things will happen—it’s about intentionally transforming from the inside out so you can actually make them happen. This work is the key to creating lasting, meaningful change.  The Inner Space is exactly what I wish I had back then — one place filled with tools and steps that actually work. Everything I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, is here to make it easier for you to create your life and become the best version of yourself. I know you'll love it as much as I do. Follow her Instragram Connect with her Website A note from Sineads Website: My journey into the world of nutrition began much earlier than you might expect. While other kids in Cork were discovering the joys of a French baguette, I was tossing Ryvita crackers into the shopping trolley. Even then, I knew certain foods didn’t sit well with me - bread, in particular, left me feeling bloated and uncomfortable. My complaints earned me the label of “fussy eater,” but I was simply listening to my body long before I knew the science behind it! Growing up in the ‘80s and ‘90s, healthy eating wasn’t exactly mainstream. My food choices, often jokingly labeled “rabbit food” by my family, stood out in a world where Italian cuisine had swept into Ireland, bringing pizza, pasta and lasagne a plenty.
