The first huddle, “Hero or Villain? The Characters Living Rent Free in Your Head,” invites attendees to share unnamed characters, injured workers, managers, or treating practitioners who shaped them, arguing these experiences build “intuition” as pattern-based expertise that can’t be replicated by AI and is crucial to case management. The second huddle, "Everyone Has an Origin Story. What’s Your Ending?” focuses on “endings and exit strategies amid turnover as high as 20% and value misalignment that drives attrition, advocating for renewed purpose, less jargon, and dual career ladders that reward technical experts as well as managers. She imagines a future where people choose the field deliberately and the work is openly appreciated. 00:00 Barbecue Icebreaker 01:19 Solo Episode Setup 02:13 Mini Huddle One 03:09 Intuition Is Experience 04:56 Mini Huddle Two 05:56 Turnover and Values 07:09 Purpose and Career Paths 08:58 Dream Endings 10:53 Wrap Up And Invitation 12:00 Final Sendoff "Ten Minutes With" is brought to you by The Intelligent Rebellion and is a Threesticks Production.
